I showed up at Plantworks in the middle of the day on a Tuesday, met Tom the owner and he was ever so helpful. I felt like I had my own plant consultant. I had an idea of what I wanted and Tom made suggestions, told me all about each plant, how to take care of it and basically answered any questions I had about the plants I was considering. Tom is very personable and easy to talk to. What amazed me was the pricing-all very reasonable. He also told me what plants will be blooming and when. Plus what plants will soon be coming in. I'll definitely be back! This is exactly the kind of small, local business I want to support.

The owner is so down-to-Earth! He's very knowledgeable and kind, and though I did not yet find the plants I wanted, I know I will eventually. I can't wait to go back again soon!

It's been a while since I posted this, and I continue to like Plant Works even more! I wind up getting something for my garden every visit. The owner is a real gem, so helpful and happy and kind! I absolutely love seeing him.

The owner is very attentive and knowledgeable. The plants are in good shape generally and at great prices. Awesome spot for indoor house plant lovers or people looking to landscape. If you're a plant person and taking a trip on highway 9 this place is a great stop.

Tom the owner is so kind and helpful. Many veggies as well as flowers, shrubs, trees. The prices are great. He has been shut for a year, now reopened. He is getting many new items soon. This is a mom and pop shop. Personal service.

Beautiful nursery in the Santa Cruz mountains.

The plants here are beautiful and so much healthier than the small, overwatered or over sunned ones that I find in other places. Last year I bought a butterfly bush that was to die for! This year I was lucky enough to grab the 3 remaining pink jasmine plants he has. I prefer to come to this nursery over the box stores because of the personal service & advice, plus it's critical we shop local!!! Never been disappointed yet. Thank you!

Loved Their selection and customer service was wonderful. Only reason for 4 stars is some plants needed some love, but totally understandable for how large the nursery is, and that is where we come in (:
