I am really shocked to see any. Negative reviews on plant ogram. My experience was awesome and I believe if you just communicate with them. And be honest and provide the documentation that they request. They always stand behind their warranty ,so i am eally shocked to see any reviews that is negative.

was to make sure I was happy with my purchase not only do I feel extremely comfortable with ordering from plantogram again because they stand behind customer satisfaction I also believe I made a new friend so If you are thinking about placing a order with them, don't hesitate. You can't go wrong. Order from them, but people have to realize there are no companies that are Perfect. So when a company makes a mistake or sees that there's a issue and fix it without hesitation thats a company i will always do business with ? I bought Kesar Mango and Guava tree. One survived, the other didnt. And they were planted right next to each other too. I contacted the customer service once after giving it a full two years. There was zero growth even after watering, fertilizing, full sunny in California and utmost care. It wasnt dying, wasnt growing. I tried to transplant it just incase the plant didnt like something about the location but it didnt survive. I dont recommend.

My Olive Tree arrived covered in scale, and I received zero replys to all my requests for help from them. It is dying, and my relatives sent it to me as a very special gift. I am very sad at the lack of customer service, as in nonexistent customer service!

I don’t typically review stuff, but I have to for this company. I have bought plants for the last few years from them and other online nurseries. Let me tell you, their trees are the healthiest! A healthy plant is so much easier to grow, specially if you’re like me and working on turning your brown thumb green. The sizes are bigger and the plants are healthy. I love their collection of all the hard to find mango trees, and they come with a good size trunk. Not pencil thin like other companies send. I highly recommend them!

I received fresh and big mango plants from plantogram. It’s very healthy and strong . They always response fast on my email. I am really happy for shoping with them and of-course i will buy again from them. I tried to buy online from last 2 years but i couldnt find any one for internation shipping. It’s good for out of USA because they are shipping internationally.

I ordered a Nam Doc Mai mango tree from Plantogram. When the tree first arrived, all of the leaves were light green. I was told that it was new growth. I've never seen a tree where all of the leaves are new growth. I sent pictures and was told it was perfectly healthy. I followed all of the directions. I tried everything I could to bring the tree back. Nothing worked and it died. Now they want me to send more pictures to prove it died. Why? They were not healthy and only got worse. I will not be purchasing any more trees from Plantogram and I would caution others as well.
I also purchased a Cotton Candy Mango from them. It arrived in the same shape as the Nam Doc Mai. Currently, the leaves on it are turning brown and shriveling up. I'm afraid it will soon suffer the same fate. Very expensive lesson learned.
