My money plant arrived quickly and in really great condition. It is beautiful! It really brightens up my home, I love the lush leaves and braided trunk. Also, after only a week it is sprouting lots of new leaves. Highly recommend.

The website has a poor, deceptive filtering system which led me to believe that the plant I ordered was "pet friendly." Instead, they told me that the plant which came up in the search had only one, NOT both of the criteria, I used. The plant which arrived was NOT pet friendly and I have a very curious, energetic pitbull in my small apartment. Customer service has no phone contact, only email. They responded the next day, but absolutely refused to refund or exchange the plant for a pet friendly one. They have NO REFUND/EXCHANGE policy whatsoever so I would recommend finding a website that does. I researched quite a few websites before I chose Plants.com, and I spent a lot of money on this plant. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

All of my plants were absolutely stunning that I received! Every single one of them were packaged so carefully and the plants were in pristine shape!! All of the plants came ready to put where I needed them! My hanging ferns had hooks ready to hang and the ones that needed pots came with them! It was so nice!

I used Plants.com for a corporate order - 94 plants going to homes and business all over the eastern US, plus Texas. I only had to provide a spreadsheet with the names and addresses and my contact (Gabriela Santana) took care of the rest. In addition, concession was offered on delivery charges due to the size of the order, which was much appreciated. The plants were a big hit with our clients. One of my colleagues even ordered a plant for himself when he saw how nice they were.
