Terrible customer service.

Their contractor damaged my newly installed gutter, which was clearly recorded on our security camera. The truck that came to remove the snow had a plywood board positioned too high, causing it to hit and damage my gutter. Despite this, no one from the company has had the decency to acknowledge my concerns or make any effort toward service recovery.

I have been unable to speak to anyone over the phone. Instead, I keep receiving generic emails that seem to be sent by a bot. I have repeatedly requested to speak with a live agent, but it seems like no one cares.

So far a great experience. Service is fulfilled quickly and the service provider arrives quickly as well. They’ve plowed for us once and came to do salt another time. This is great for on-demand needs and last minute plows!
I’ll try them out in the spring for some lawn stuff!

If you are thinking about becoming a contractor with Plowz and mowz, please don’t waste your time. when I first started a couple years ago. The company was great. You received payment within two days after work was completed now I haven’t received payment and this is the third week you can’t reach out to anyone there’s no one to talk to no emails just text message and they respond when they want to please don’t waste your time.
