Fantastic Job as always, they take care of me every time. Excellent staff! I’ve purchased both of my motorcycles from them they always make sure I’m happy. Just brought it my motorcycle in to replace a couple panels they got me in and out and made sure I loved it. I go to them with all needs motorcycle needs and will continue to.

I’ve had a few experiences with preferred and all have been great. Friendly staff, parts in stock for what I needed and always a decent selection for toys. Bought a side by side and was pleased with the overall process, just had my sled there for repairs and was extremely pleased. Definitely earned my trust and business!

Easiest purchase of my life, saw the bike I’ve wanted, asked 2 questions and signed the paper work 30 minutes later. I would recommend coming to this store over any store around Syracuse area not only for the wide variety of machines but also for the amazing customer service.

I’m not the one to make many bad reviews but this needs to be here.
Overall this is for service. Haven’t dealt with sales but they seem nice when I walked through the door so I’ll give them that.
Getting a bike serviced there is a nightmare.
Barely any communication to start out with. My husband had his bike taken there after being told it would only be maybe a couple hour job. Once they got his bike there, they finally told him it would be a couple week wait until his bike is touched. The fact that wasn’t communicated prior to it being picked up is frustrating. It took about a month for things to get done. Granted we understand it was during the holidays so I will give that part some grace, but again, communication would’ve changed our outlook on everything. Also the person that works on bikes is only there part time. Once we went to go pick the bike up, the bike started then died after a few minutes. They blame the cold. We had to wait another day for pickup.
We had it delivered to our house because of the snow and such and it started but died again after.
After about a day and a half of trying to warm it up and working on a couple things, we finally got the bike to start and stay running. It wasn’t the cold at all because we even started it in the cold shed just to test it. This experience wasn’t worth the $1300 put down for everything. Attitude from the service department was the best either.
