Premiere did an outstanding job on my retaining wall and back patio, the employees were top notch from the office to laying out the job and building the Beautiful wall and Patio. Bryan who did the original Bid and measurements stayed on top of all aspects of the job till finished! Thank you again Premiere!

Had a patio installed and within a year, the grout separated and bricks are sinking. Josh came out last fall and said it wasnt done correctly but it was still under warranty and they would fix it once the temps were warmer. I've sent multiple emails to make sure I am on the list this year for the repair and I cant get a response from anyone. Crickets. They're completely ignoring my inquiries.

They underbid our job, cut corners on the finishing's, asked for additional money and now won't return our calls on things that need to be fixed. We tried to support a family owned business but have been very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

From a customer who is typically pretty hard to please and always seeks perfection, this company delivered above my expectations. Jeff's project management and Ryan's crew worked with the best equipment to deliver a complete back overhaul. They transformed our outdoor space from drab to fabulous in 10 days! This included installation of a functional yet elegant 85 foot retaining wall with perforated drainage line, adding a central yard tile drain, clear cut overgrowth, graded the entire yard, harley raked, seeded and protected with erosion matting. For years we have been fighting excess run off from elevated adjacent property and soggy soil that would not grow grass! I looking forward to seeing a thick blanket of green this spring! Premier Outdoor power washed our paved stone patio, and resanded the joints, and then put a sealer coat on the patio. Looked almost like the day it was put in. Had only a handful of weeds come up during the course of the next year.
