Started off strong and promising. Submitted a request on their website for a design consultation. Received a call to set up and appointment shortly after. Sales agent arrived early and was knowledgeable. We walked our property and went over all of the things we wanted to do. Walked in the house while he took pictures and suddenly he was gone without another word! No follow up as to when we might see a design or proposal. I have tried to call their office 4 times since our consultation on Saturday and no one answers the phone. It has been a week now and we have gotten nothing at all. They came highly recommended from a friend but so far not impressed!

My experience was far from great. The 2 stars were only because the work they did do was good work but I was charged for work that wasn’t done. Granted the funds came from the sellers that we purchased the home from but still, if a service is paid for it should be received. The county ended up taking care of a drainage issue that we had originally requested and instead of them reaching out to discuss other ways to use those funds I never heard back from them. Also they didn’t do a great job of cleaning after themselves once the job was completed.

Paid almost $14,000 for a job that does not reflect the price. No landscaping design was presented, wrong pavers ordered and installed, landscaping lights were picked for us instead of consulting us with the design. No communication between the person installing the landscaping lights and the guys planting the trees. Light switchbox was installed in an area highly visible rather than placed in a way that would have been more aesthetically pleasing. Left a couple of areas without sod since they only budgeted for a certain amount, no effort to clean up the lights after all the dust from installing the pavers since it's the "other" guys job. Promised to follow up on the permit and never heard from them. Stay away from this company to save yourself a massive headache.
