I like to give small businesses a chance. I have bought a few appliances from Price Bisters . Unfortunately for them and now me one of the last appliances I bought from them was a refrigerator. It has not worked properly since they had delivered and set it up in my home.
It being a used appliance most people, myself included, would be like, sucks to he you having to buy a used appliance. Except, they offer a 12 month warranty on the parts and labor for the appliances they sell.
Unfortunately I am still waiting here to hear back from them. I explained to Don what was going on he gave me instructions and told me to call back. I called back after following the instructions. No answer in the early morning. Late morning early afternoon a man answered stating Dom was at lunch and he would call me back. After waiting a day and a half I called only for the phone to go to voicemail. I left a message. I still have not heard back from the business.

Avoid This Business at All Costs – Unethical and Unprofessional

If I could give zero stars, I would. This establishment is highly unprofessional and will do anything to avoid losing a sale, even if it means disregarding customer concerns and selling faulty appliances.

On February 11, 2025, my husband went to purchase a fridge for a family member who was in urgent need but wasn’t present at the time of purchase. After signing the paperwork but before leaving the store, he sent a picture of the fridge to our family member, who immediately responded that it wasn’t what he wanted. My husband turned to the manager, Don, and told him he needed to cancel the purchase. Despite the fridge never having left the store, Don refused, stating it was “too late” since the paperwork was signed. Instead of prioritizing customer satisfaction, he forced my husband to take the fridge—completely unethical and unacceptable.

We reluctantly installed the fridge because our family member had no choice. That same night, around 1 AM, the ice maker malfunctioned, flooding the entire front room and kitchen, causing severe water damage.

On February 15, my husband and our family member returned to the store to speak with Don, expressing frustration over being forced to take the fridge and the damage it caused. Shockingly, Don admitted he didn’t want to “miss the sale” but refused to let us speak to the owner, Franky.

On February 18, I called the store myself. Don was once again rude and dismissive. When the owner finally called me back, his attitude was just as unprofessional. Turns out the Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree in this establishment. He constantly spoke over me, refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing, and even had the audacity to suggest this was simply “buyer’s remorse”—completely ignoring the fact that we tried to cancel the purchase before leaving the store and that the fridge caused significant damage. When we asked to meet in person, he arrogantly responded, “I’m not there, I don’t have to babysit the store.” Eventually, he just hung up on me.

This business is a joke. The owner hides behind the phone, avoiding direct confrontation with customers he’s wronged.

Their only priority is making a quick buck, not doing right by their customers. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere—this place is NOT worth the risk.
