Charles did an amazing job building our Pergola! Charles had a vision for the pergola, and ended up creating a beautiful structure for us to enjoy all year round. His communication throughout the project was great, and the project only took a short amount of time to complete (given the nasty weather we had!). Charles had a lot of attention to detail, and even went as far as setting the three benches at different heights for us to test out and see which height we preferred to sit at. We had a wonderful experience with Professional Outdoor, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for outdoor services.

My experience with Charles has been absolutely fantastic. He goes way above and beyond. Everything from planning to execution has been flawless. If I could describe his level of service and concern I would call it concierge. I have never met anyone who enjoys his job more than Charles. He derives much pleasure out of seeing his clients get exactly what they want. Everything we could think of he was able to do. From a water feature in our existing pool to matching an existing large tree in our front yard. I am pretty picky about things and he has been able to execute everything without a hitch. He is hands on and uses his own crews so the work is of high quality and goes exactly as planned. If he needs to bring in another company for a special job, you can be assured they are first rate. His pool consultant was able to help us diagnose and repair a leak we had for six years. I learned more about pools from them in 30 minutes than I had in my entire life. Charles is extremely bright, engaging and very creative. He was indispensable in helping us pick out plants and landscape materials. I appreciate his opinions which are unfailingly accurate. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are. He did two large jobs for us. Charles was an immense help with the HOA as well. If you are looking for the ultimate in professional outdoor service and quality look no further.

Charles and his crew were great! He consulted with us on the project and design, which included a travertine pool deck, turf, sod, lighting and full landscaping. He went above and beyond with our neighborhood ARB requirements! He was very responsive and patient with our design changes, and spent time with us selecting all the products and plants used, including nursery and stone yard visits. I highly recommend - we couldn’t be happier!

We had the pleasure of working with Charles and his company creating the most beautiful paver patio and firepit in our backyard. Among the many things I liked was that Charles helped create our space, was hands on during the whole project, kept me posted on developments and was able to be reached at any given time. We were so lucky to have been able to work with Professional Outdoor. Charles and his crew took care of absolutely everything and listened to our ideas and hopes for our dream backyard and helped make it all and then some come true. Charles Hall and his crew executed precise, dare I say, PERFECT, workmanship for a complete transformation of my patio and driveway. He listened to my ideas and synthesized them into a coherent and beautiful interpretation of the architect's drawing. He has excellent taste. Best, he was incredibly responsive and intuitive. A hesitation or even mild question on my part was immediately met with a full exploration of my concern until it was fully addressed. It was a pleasure to work with him and I cannot imagine hiring anyone else.

Charles and his crew did an excellent job. We had them do everything from shrink mulch beds, curb edging, landscape lights, shrubs, flood lights and patio pavers. It truly looks amazing.
