Plants arrived in a bad shape. I bought the plants online directly from Proven Wiinners. The soil was dried on arrival. The supertunia looks bad compared to the non brand name I bought at the local nursery. Price and delivery costs are so expensive. The website is excellent but not mobile friendly. Only buy some plants online because they are not available at the store. If I could find some comparable plants at my local nursery, I will rather do that. Some plants are not available anywhere else except here. I don't think the snow princess will survive nor the superbell yellow. Ther petunia black cherry is in a better shape

I ordered from Proven Winners Direct. After my first order, I contacted the customer service. They have the worst customer service. I will not be buying anything from them again.

Great experience. I ordered a bunch of plants some of which had been listed, in error, as available on PW’s website. I received a personal telephone call from a manager-type apologizing profusely for their error. My money was refunded immediately. The plants that were available shipped at the scheduled time and arrived in perfect shape. I’m really impressed with both the customer service and the quality of the plants. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Bought 4 PW plants from Amazon. Delivered on time and appeared very healthy. Order 2 plants direct from PW site, they ship with FedEx. In typical FedEx fashion, plants arrived 7 days after the expected delivery date dry and almost completely leaf-less. Will try to salvage plants. Won't order again while they use FedEx.

If I could leave zero stars I would. One of the worst companies to deal with. My mom ordered twice from there, each time a pellet of soil costing about $460. It was not a small order and you would think customer service, especially for large orders, would be a least decent. Shipping was a nightmare. They canceled and rescheduled numerous times. My mother had to take off work due to their scheduling mess-ups.

My mom decided to give Proven Winners another chance and ordered another several ton pellet of soil. This time it was worse. Shipping was extremely delayed and when they did deliver, the driver refused to bring it into our driveway, claiming it was too long and was going drop off several tons worth of bags of soil in the street. My mother had to pay the driver on the side to drop it off inside our gate, not even near our house. My 65 year old mother had to move each bag of soil herself down the driveway. The shipping charge is an additional $400 on top of the $460 order and they couldn't even deliver it to my mother's door!

Sandy Wentworth, who my mother dealt with both times, is extremely rude and unapologetic for all the inconveniences. There was no tax charged on the product but she insisted on charging my mother tax on the shipping cost. Sandy Wentworth is the reason my mother will never be ordering from there again.

love their plants and attention to detail. Had excellent experience with the customer service. Most people don't understand that the plants come from a grower and not them personally. But I love their product and will be a customer for life.

I think they have amazing plants. Well packaged, well nourished, very healthy looking and well established in the growth process. I have also had a great experience with their office staff communications and customer desire for repeat business. It's pretty easy if you pay any attention to basic watering and feeding cycles

I ordered something 26 days ago and it was just sent and a tracking number provided today. Are they serious after paying 30$ for shipping. BS they must have potted the seedlings when I ordered it. I won't be ordering again.
