I've lived here since the end of 2018, and I love it here! The apartment complex manager Tara is the reason this place is so great! She always helps me schedule help for maintenance issues and any other concerns I've had. This last year I went through a nasty divorce with a protective order against my ex. Tara helped make the transition to a different apartment safe and easy for me. She always checks in on me and makes sure I'm doing okay, and it's nice to know that she genuinely cares.

My experience here has been nothing shorter than amazing! I've been shocked at how easy and pleasant each transaction and interaction I've made has been. My leasing specialist was the property manager Tara, and she is the main reason that my new home is Quail Garden Apts! Tara was very polite, friendly, and detailed. She gained my trust from my first call, and she maintained the same level of customer service all the way until my contract signing and even now while living at this property. I can't thank you enough, Tara, for making my move so smooth and easy and for being upfront about everything I was looking to find. I'm glad that it was you who answered my call and that I was able to move in the day we discussed. Now, the condition of my apartment was just as great as everything else. Only minor details needed to be reported, which they addressed immediately, but I have no complaints at all. The apartment was clean, and maintainence has been very fast at responding to work orders so far. If you sign up for pest control, then they show up when they say they are. The AC in my unit has been working great even through the 118° heat, and it's always maintained my unit at my desired temperature. The building I stayed at was quiet and peaceful even on the weekends. The pools are always clean, and the grounds are well kept. They are a pet friendly property, and they provide doggy bags at multiple locations so you can clean up after your pet. They have a dog park that is fenced in, so you can let your pet roam around. When you move in, you are assigned a covered parking spot. There is also plenty of non assigned parking around the property. There are a lot of trees around the property, so it's easy to find shade. Another positive of this property is that they keep your packages at the office for safe keeping. That way, you dont have to worry about them going missing, but even if your packages are delivered to your door, no one takes them. I've had packages delivered to my door and I've been gone 4 days and all my packages were there when I arrived. The rest of the staff, maintainence men, and the woman who cleans the apartments have also been very polite. Once i moved in, i started interacting more with Deena and Amy on the weekends, and they have been extremely kind and helpful! When I go to pick up a package, I feel so comfortable and sit and talk to them when they're not busy. They make you feel so welcomed instead of a bother, and that says so much about them. I'm just so thankful that my experience while moving in from out of state and ending up at this property was such a positive one. I am so happy to call Quail Garden Apts my home, and I 1,000% recommend them!!!

To Management: Tara, Deena, and Amy all deserve a big raise because people like them are so hard to find!!!!

ZERO stars for this apartment complex, DO NOT RENT HERE. Dirty, run down, old and disgusting. The baseboards were rubber and literally falling off the walls, there was random holes in walls where pipes go, random screws sticking out of wood in cabinets, our oven never worked because it was from ancient time. We got a COCKROACH infested unit, and management never did anything about it except got mad at us and told us we can relocate if we’re not happy!!!! Also BED BUGS IN COMMUNITY WASHER/DRYER!!!!! Tara (the manager) was hostile and VERY unprofessional!!!!! This place does not care about their tenants, they only care about money!! Save your money and do not rent here!!!!!

Not a bad place to live. Rent is reasonable and the ladies in the office are cool. I definitely dig the washer and dryer in my apartment. Kinda lucked out on that one. Two complaints; I threw a clogged sink drain at the office, but to no avail. Had to fix the clog myself, but I guess that's what I get for putting avocado skins in the garbage disposal in the first place. Pretty simple fix, though. Also, those damn automatic gates have been disfunctional from the day I moved in. Hopefully they just stay open. Anyway; all-in-all, I'm content.

Stay away from this place, cockroach infested and poorly managed by lazy management. Management Is always leaving early to pick her kids up from the boys and girls club leaving the office closed around 3pm until 430 pm at times. They give tenants the wrong packages sometimes and for the price your paying they could install a package pick up box. After two years and prices going up each year we finally made the decision to buy a house and leave this dump. The vehicle Gate never worked while we were there but didn't matter because how small the perimeter wall is and the Safeway side pedestrian through gate is missing. Our Cars were broken into while living here. Don't let the fake nice present fool you this place is ghetto.

Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful. When I have an issue arise, it's quick to be resolved. I'm really glad I found this spot, it's a lovely community to live in, and the rent is reasonably priced for the area.

I moved in Oct and first of all DO NOT be fooled by the model apartment they let you view. Your unit will definitely not have the mirror closet doors. If anything your restroom mirror will be covered in specks of paint and the back of the mirror peeling. I had seen reviews about water being shut off with no notice. I went to confront the office about it when I first seen it and asked if I was going to have a problem with that issue. I was assured I wasn't but today I went to shower my son and there's NO damn water. Went to the office and they had the nerve to say they posted notices on everyone's door yesterday. I told her it wasn't true because I was home all day and never received a notice. Guess all the bad reviews are true. THEY DO SHUT OFF WATER WITHOUT NOTICE. It happened to me today on 12/20/2017 so don't let the office say they are old reviews from when they were under different management. I also tried to pay my 1st months rent before it was due and they said I couldn't because it would throw their books off. I should have known then that something was really off about this place. Who says no don't pay because your payment is going to throw off our books?

The staff was friendly and mostly on top of things the grounds were nice and the pools were always clean. The apartment had good size rooms but the living room was very small don't live down stairs because you hear everything going on. . Other then that I liked living there. Yes the water was shut off a few times but they compensated you for the inconvenience. The morning doves are a total nucinse. But not the apartments fault.
