Most kind and supportive staff! Great selection and variety. They have been willing to work with me on completing my personal property replacement for Hail loss which has been a great comfort. Bringing my own 5 gallon buckets for smaller purchases and they do have loading and delivery abilities! Limited parking.

We ordered 2 ton of 1 1/2 multi colored river rock and 2 ton of 2-4-“ multi cobble.
The delivery shows 2.14 ton of river rock and 2.37 ton of Cobble.
Professional landscaper came to help move the rock. Not even a ton of each was delivered.
Something is suspect on their scales.
Avoid this business.
Here is a photo of the river rock. No way is this 2.14 ton!

I would leave a 0 star review but unfortunately that’s not an option. “Quality landscape & Soil products” is far from a Quality company. I recently ordered an order of dirt to my residence. Sadly upon inspecting the dirt I ordered I found large chunks of asphalt, chunks of sewer pipe and mulch in the dirt. I have never seen such poor quality dirt in my life. It was such more quality you can’t even give it away. Then come to find out 2 days later that the company charged my card the amount for the dirt twice. Confirming with my bank at two different times. So I contacted the company and the lady that answers the phone stated that she will call me back. Later when she called back she denied double charging my card. So I contacted my bank and they confirmed that the amount was charged for the amount at 2 different times of the day. For a company that claims to be in business since 1993 I was expecting the products they sell to be quality and for the company to have some integrity but that’s far from what I experienced with this company. There products are far from Qaulity and they don’t have integrity. I would recommend any other company over this one.

Usually ok, never great. We deal them when needed. The loader drivers are not consistent on how they want to load the truck. Never know where to place the truck. They get angry and short with you for not knowing their preference. They are also very angry that they have to deal with you and not their own trucks. On my last load of screened structural fill dirt. I just looked at the top and saw chunks of concrete, 4” rocks, and a lot of clay. Good thing I wasn’t doing a foundation, or a clients job. They would have cost me a boat load. I feel for those that just take their product And accept their attitude. Much better products and service at Pioneer and prices are pretty close and worth the difference.
