I loved the attention they gave me, the owner is very attentive and very well informed. They have a great variety of plants and fruit trees. I highly recommend it. They are always very clear about the prices and very knowledgeable about the plants they sell. I highly recommend this nursery!

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding my recent experience with Rafa (or Ralph, as he frequently changed his name during our conversations). His behavior was consistently rude and unprofessional, and I noticed he adjusted his prices based on the customer's ethnicity, which is completely unacceptable.

As a customer needing 70 plants, I had numerous questions and sought clarity, but he was not only unhelpful but also seemed naive about the plants he was selling. I observed him using Google images to identify plants, which is highly concerning for a nursery employee.

His demeanor was erratic; he would initially respond normally but would then abruptly become condescending and disrespectful. Moreover, I found that the plants they sold were not true to their advertised lifespan. For instance, the trees he presented as being in 15-gallon containers were actually 5-gallon plants, which feels like price gouging.

This situation reflects poorly on your establishment, and I urge you to address these issues. I hope his brother, who he frequently called for assistance, can provide the necessary support or take appropriate action regarding his employment.

Ralph is a great person and honest with prices. Im in business myself and sometimes people write bad reviews because they dont get what they want at the expense of others. I checked out other nurseries and Ralphs are the most affordable. The plants are nice and healthy. Thank you. Ralph.

Excellent place to get native plants. Owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about watering and care of various plants. If you are looking for low water plants such as succulents and cacti this is the place to get them.
