Called on a Monday to get a delivery of sand. Employee told me they could do it on Friday if that week. On Friday of that week didn’t hear a thing from them until I called and was told, so sorry we have a large paving job going on and we overbooked, okay things could be worse. I was informed they would deliver the next day. The next day so called the office as soon as they opened and was told they didn’t have me on their board. My address was nowhere to be found. The person on the other side of the phone said I would get a delivery on Saturday. Finally by around 12:00 in the afternoon Saturday I received a call. The man on the other side was terribly rude. I was told “am I ready for the delivery.” Of course I am, I have been waiting since yesterday. After more than an hour (I live less that 5 minutes from their office) he arrives. He refuses to get out of the truck and then tells me that if I want to use a credit card/debit card that there will be a 30% charge (I was never told this the multiple times I called the office). I decided that would write a check (not paying that ridiculous fee). After all is said the driver didn’t dump the load on the tarp that we laid out, he missed by a few feet and the driver was rude when he called and when he showed up. Shameful business practice for a small company. To forget that you had scheduled delivery and then no apologize and send out a driver who definitely didn’t want to be there (5 minutes from where the office is) is truly embarrassing. Not a single apology for not making the delivery in a timely fashion. I would rather pay for bags of sand from any other business than use them ever again.

Called to get a certain type of sand. Twice. First time they knew nothing about type of sand. Second call weeks later they said they don’t know if they have any. Then they said hold on. Yes we have some. I said ok how much. They said they don’t know and don’t have anyone to load it. Ummm why answer the phones if you don’t know about your own products?

I showed up to the yard at 10am on a Friday and had a delivery of sand dumped directly into the form by 2pm the same day. Thanks y'all
