Rent an equipment from them and it tore up. But the guys were nice enough to send a mechanic out to try and fix the equipment. Ended up having to bring a smaller piece of equipment out there and we barely got the job finished, but they were a good company to rent from.

Ima give you a 5 star. I know how reviews go. However I don’t like the way business was handled. Drove 40 miles to get a piece of equipment, website said open till 5pm, get there at 4:25 and was to I could not rent the equipment because they close at 4:30. So wasted time and fuel. As far as the equipment and all other aspects I can not speak on, but as a business owner I would have made arrangements or a way in that situation . Was not pleased

Rented a mini excavator. It was extremely dirty. The service there is unwelcoming. The employees all looked like they were of something. And very unprofessional for a simple 10 minute pick up. The shop is extremely small plus being unorganized made it difficult to work with. 1/10 don’t recommend going renting from this place. There’s better rental places in the area for a better price. Should of known sooner before como mf to this mess of a place.

A simple carburetor rebuild used to cost me $35. The time I paid more than twice that cost! And to add insult to injury when we took it in, there were two guys at the counter, one was asleep on his hand and the other kept staring at the computer. When I finally got their attention the, the one sleeping never opened his eyes but told me where to go and when I got it round back they had to go find the mechanic. When he showed up he asked how he was supposed to get my tiller off of the back of my truck because he certainly wasn't going to lift it and take it down. Bad service.

We rented a mini backhoe and a trailer to do some work on our driveway and dig a trench to run a waterline from the road to our house. Our original contract was for 40 hrs/7 days. We had some problems on the first day with the 1st one they gave us but after calling them they came out to try and fix the one we had. After they took a look at it and and decided it needed more work than they could accomplish on site they switched it out for a different one and adjusted our days and hours that were originally agreed upon. Unfortunately the work in our driveway took longer than expected and we had to keep it an extra week. It would have been cheaper for us to have rented it for 4 weeks than it was for us to keep adding hours/days as we went. Hind sight is 20/20 I guess. As far as the backhoe, it was a little slow and it took more time to get the job done than anticipated but it's a rental and that's to be expected I assume. Anyways, I'm so glad to have it out of my yard and to have my waterline ran and my driveway fixed. Hopefully my fiance doesn't decide we need to have any more work done on the p property anytime soon but if he does we most likely would rent from this company again.
