I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I regularly purchase firewood from them. The quality seems good and the price is fair. They aren't the cheapest firewood out there; neither are they the most expensive. The mix is good and the wood is clean. Different techniques are required based on what you are building a fire on. It takes some trial and error. Try out different wood suppliers. I did and came back to Reynolds because of their consistency. I regularly use a woodstove and Reynolds Farms firewood hasn't let me down once I had my technique down. Their fireplace sized wood is perfect because I have a large woodstove.

Used Reynolds for landscape design, plants selection and labor for two properties. Jeff was able to relocate some plants and shrubs and incorporate them into other areas on the property and add new plantings. Even dug up a special tree and replanted it at the "new house." Gave use a plan that could be phased in over time. Still use Reynolds for our much smaller window planter on our apartment balcony. They always stand behind their work. Others may sell plants. Reynolds sells you a garden.

It is not a big place but they have excellent selection of trees and plants and flowers. Super friendly, plenty of parking and reasonable price. It is very conveniently located near the highway in Norwalk, CT.

A nice nursery with a vast collection of houseplants and outdoor plants. They also have mulch and all gardening accessories. However, plants are more expensive than Home Depot or Walmart. They have awesome landscaping sculptures, planters, bamboo sticks and terracotta pots.

I am an avid gardener of more than 40 years living down in Greenwich, and I make my way up to Reynolds farm annually for their great pricing and selection. Additionally, the owners and staff are extremely knowledgeable.

They have nice selection of trees and shrubs but customer service is not as good. You are better off just choosing your plant and take it home yourself. I would not recommend using their delivery or planting services.

This is how I wish all nurseries were done. The plants and flowers are sectioned out with great descriptions of each one making it super easy to self browse and select what you need. They also have a dedicated section to shade plants which is rare and is important in our area where we have lots of trees.

I am so impressed with this family business! I love to just browse and look at the many displays they have created to both educate and entertain their customers. Their staff is knowledgeable and customer service is excellent. I understand that I may even be paying more than some of the larger companies but I get that back in quality and trustworthiness. I buy my wood from Reynolds every year. Sometimes I can't take all of it so they store it for me. Where can you get that feature? The wood arrives and the piece count is always correct. In fact, I have seen them add a couple/few pieces to ensure customer satisfaction. The wood is hard woods and seasoned. They carefully explained to me that there are CT laws that actually state what the seller has to do when they state seasoned in their ads. They helped me landscape portions of my property and I can't be more satisfied. They can do it all. You can simply ask them to help you pick out products according to your plan and they help you do it. Or you can ask for them to design it and deliver it and plant it. Of course their is a price structure and more costs more. Also what a wonderful place to go Christmas/Holiday shopping! I highly recommend it! I'm looking forward to my next visit. If you want to trade with honest people who sincerely want to help you Reynolds is your place.
