I bought my first new to me mower from right choice. They made sure to answer any questions I had and try to get me the best deal possible. Upon getting my bad boy home I couldn't wait to use it. I noticed a slight issue with it and they immediately got it in and fixed the issue in less than five minutes. They definitely stand behind their products and their customer service is top notch! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

They're great if you're looking to buy, they'll sell you something with no issue. However, when it comes time to get said product serviced, avoid them at all cost—even if you have a warranty with them. They've had our mower for TWO months. It was picked up by them on August 11th and we were told we would get a call between October 2nd-6th to let us know it was ready. We have called anywhere from 8-10 times since and nearly every time are told that we will get a call back (which never happens) or are told that one something else needs to be done and it will be ready the next day. The last contact we had was Monday (10/7) and we were advised that it needed a new starter (apparently it took them nearly 2 months to figure out that's why the mower wasn't starting) and they did have the part in stock, so it would be getting a call either that day or the next. Today is 10/10 and we still have not heard a word on it. This company and their techs have no idea what they are doing and if they do, it doesn't matter because their poor service overrides it. Regardless of our warranty through Right Choice, we will NEVER be back for any business with them.

Went to Lowes to buy a Spindle for my mower, it was 3 weeks out, one of their associates recommended this place, part was in stock and the boy behind the counter was extremely helpful.. Y'all are awesome I will be coming back , highly recommended!

You won't be disappointed! This place has the best customer service and quality equipment for all of your needs. I shopped around for zero turn mowers and Right Choice is by far the best place to buy from. The customer service is awesome. They took time to answer all of my questions, delivered my mower and showed me how to operated it. I highly recommend Right Choice Outdoor Products. They stand behind what they sell.

I hit a small stump while mowing with my 30" Cub Cadet. Did a number on the mower deck. Took it to these guys. They went the extra mile to fix this difficult problem. Can't say enough good about them. They also service my mower every fall.

Have purchased a zero turn mower and a leaf blower from Right Choice. They offer an extensive in-stock inventory, very fair prices, outstanding customer service and a great service program for all your equipment after the sale. I recently purchased a new mower from them and they delivered it to my home in less than an hour! You can tell the customer relationship means something to them, my purchases always feel like more than just a transaction.

I met the current owner a few years back when he bought the business.
The store has improved in quality, selection, and services offered since changing hands.
I’ve purchased a cub cadet mower, STHL multi-tool, and plenty of smaller items over the years.
Right Choice has never given me a reason yet to say I made the wrong choice. I definitely recommend and hope the best to this local small business!
I also told my kids if we win the mower giveaway we are starting a family lawn care business!
