Rockwell Farms is a great nursery. I was glad to see them open after the tornado back in May. My flower gardens are looking amazing thanks to help from Chris and her great eye for plants and their care! Can't wait to see the mums soon and then the Christmas trees! All of the staff are friendly people!

My husband and I moved to Northwest Arkansas a couple of weeks before the tornado hit and I was really excited to try this place out for my plant needs. Unfortunately, after the tornado hit this place pretty hard, it took a few months for them to reopen. I was so excited the day they finally reopened so that I could shop locally!!! It helped that they were having a massive sale! Christy was so friendly and helpful in assisting me to find what I was looking for and offered great advice. I am already looking forward to visiting again and will be back here for my plant and landscaping needs in the future!

The folks here are wonderful. Shout out to Marlene and team who did a fabulous job putting together four planters for our decks.

My husband and I went there to ask advice regarding what plants I should use for my planters which have limited sun. Marlene said, being them in and I'll put them together for you! Wait, what the what? Yes, I heard her right.

We took the planters to her over the weekend and the next Wednesday, she and her crew delivered them and set them up.

They are beautiful. Humming birds were already coming to the flowers before the delivery crew pulled out of the driveway.

The price was very reasonable. I expected to pay that much just for materials and plants.

We have used Rockwell in the past with very good results. However, all 3 trees planted last October are dead or nearly dead. It could be my error, but we watered faithfully. And, yes; it was a very cold winter. However, a neighbor planted 3 trees from Garden City nursery the same week ours were planted, and they are thriving. When I called, I was told the contract said they replace only half value plus I pay to replant. I am already into the trees over $700. That would be another $500 at least. Disappointed. I wish I could say I had felt the man planting the trees did it as well as it should have been done; I don't. But he even mentioned one of the trees didn't look too well. So my trees are an advertisement of Rockwell in my front yard. Several neighbors have asked who planted the trees...not a good testimonial. S. Cox

Mark, In response to your note; I did call. I asked that someone come and look at the trees; I wanted to know if there was something that could be done to revive them or not make the same error. But I was firmly told 3 times to read the policy on my receipt which states 1/2 paid on replacement plus cost of planting. I have worked with Rockwell for years; all my initial landscaping was done with you. I always had professional and successful dealings with your organization. I was surprised as well as disappointed in the interaction I had this time. I can certainly bring in my receipt and discuss with you further, but I certainly did try calling before reviewing.
