Highly recommend! Roots was extremely professional from start to finish. Had a large cottonwood tree removed, stump removed, and wood chips from stump removed. To say Roots exceeded my expectations is an understatement! As a first timer using a tree company, my biggest concern was whether the stump/chip removal would be up to my personal standards. I can say with 100% confidence, Roots far exceeded my standards/expectations. To be honest, Roots clean up from the project was better than what I would have done personally. The quote roots gave me was right on par with other quotes I received. I will be using/recommending roots for future projects without question!

These guys were fantastic!! After the tornado here in OFallon, these guys were prompt to get on site at my home, assessed the situation, and due to the extreme emergency to remove my huge oak tree, these guys were at home very early on Sunday morning to begin the job. The job was done and debris was carried off.
I give this business a 5 star review for their professionalism. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I needed a tree removed and these guys were very efficient, hard working and valued their work. They even went above and beyond and fixed an area where some concrete got cracked bc of a heavy limb. I will definitely use this company again for all future needs. And will recommend them to my friends and family. Good, hard working and integrity are hard to find these days, but this company has it. Give them call, you won't be disappointed.

Eric, the arborist, came out to get us an estimate and we really liked him and felt like he was very knowledgeable. We received the estimate via email pretty quickly and they have an online approval process. It felt like though he has an outside sales team/AI assistant or something sending text messages because those seemed very impersonal. I like knowing I'm communicating with an actual person at the office. They did a good job with the tree removal and stump grinding and cleaned up extremely well! Very pleased!!! They were horrible though with communicating when they were arriving. We knew what day they were coming but wished they had called to say to they were on the way since I have dogs out in the backyard. Same for when they came back for the stump grinding. They just showed up in the backyard and my one dog really let them know it was not okay.

Very professional group of tree cutters. They came to our house introduce themselves. They knew exactly which trees to cut down. They started off with a bigger tree in the backyard and then went to the front tree that needed to get removed. They left our yards in good condition. They came with a large truck and put all the limbs of the tree and tree trunk. Then they swept yard of any debris. I highly, highly recommending your service! Very professional.

Our insurance company said we needed to trim back the trees around our O’Fallon house. Since we live in Minnesota, this caused me some anxiety until I contacted ROOTS! Efficient and easy to contact, Roots has been the answer. They trimmed back the trees, cleaned up and were done in a few hours. It really was an amazing job. Hats off to Roots for a job well done!

Rudi and his crew are the best. Got 6 quotes on removing 2 trees from backyard. Roots was the only one that didnt need me to remove half my fence to get big truck in. Rudi scaled the tree like a spider monkey and started dropping branches with precision avoiding power lines, fence, and the pool. Both 60 ft pines were down in a few hours. Came back the next day and ground all the stumps. Like there were never trees there. Great professionalism and grace.
