Outstanding Service.

I contacted Rowland’s from out of state to have trees removed from my parents property in Arkansas. Jason was great to work with and we were able to organize everything over the phone, we organized everything for when I would be in town. He and his crew showed up exactly on time. They cut down 3 large trees, removed the stumps and cleaned everything up immaculately. The 3 trees were over 40 feet tall and about the same diameter. I was expecting the job to take all day, it took less than 3 hours start to finish.

I would recommend Rowlands Tree Service to everyone. Jason is great!

Jason and his team did a fantastic job cutting several trees (some in very difficult locations) for me last week. They are all professional, prompt and conducted a walk through with me before calling it done. Their prices are well within reason and customer service is probably the best I've ever experienced. Excellent service. Very professional!! I highly recommend Rowland tree service. I called Saturday evening after heavy storms and high winds Friday night. A large oak near my house was leaning toward my house. Jason and his crew removed the tree and finished the cleanup even though it was getting dark. Thank you for a job well done!

They were supposed to cut down a dead tree that was a threat to falling. They only removed the top maybe about half of the tree. They didn't remove that half or even cut to manageable pieces for me to move. They left a hugh "stump" 11-14 feet tall. Disappointed especially with the amount they charged me. Hundreds of dollars. This was last year. Really sad now because my neighbor had a tree cut, stump ground and all of it hauled away for half the amount I had paid to Rowland. Needless to say my future tree service needs will go to this other company out of Beebe. This other company was quick efficient and their price was fair. Rowland robbed me blind shame on them. But I won't be fooled by Rowland a second time.

Me and my wife are so happy we chose Rowland Tree Service the customer service was amazing. We called jason to have him come out and have 10 trees cut down and have the stumps grinded he was always on time and even called ahead and let me know he was on his way and i wasnt left wondering when he was going to show up. He came and gave me a quote which i was happy with and accepted and the next day him and his crew was out working. We can say that we made the right choice the quality of work and speed that jason and his crew work is unmatched. He was always polite and professional and answered all questions we had.
