This yard was so overgrown that you couldn’t see the house! It would’ve taken days to complete the work on our own but we were referred to Woody with Royal Sowings and he REALLY SHOWED UP!! His team did an amazing job (see the before and after pics). He communicated every step of the way, his pricing was super reasonable, and he was very pleasant to work with! ​Woody does exactly what he says he'll do, and does it exactly when he says he'll do it.

When I reached out regarding the removal of my ruined front yard and re-sodding it with fresh St. Augustine, Woody got back to me quickly, and stopped by that same day. He gave me a fair quote for complete replacement and we shook hands on the deal before he left. Later I got an email with a description of what he'd promised to do and the price we agreed on.

Replacing weedy St Augustine sod takes time. After herbiciding the area, we waited about a month for all forms of vegetation present to die off. After that, Woody quickly removed the dead material and spread fresh topsoil. A few days after that he showed up with beautiful fresh sod and the lawn was resodded within hours. Throughout the project, he kept me updated with next steps, and never once stopped short of what he promised.
