Can’t say enough good things about this company. I work with Joel Sanchez, who is one of the owners. We’ve worked together on two major outdoor transformations that included extreme demolition, followed by total overhauls that required new landscaping and installing pavers and pouring new concrete patios. Their team also installed the landscape lighting, fountains and irrigation. Both projects were completed efficiently and within budget, and looked great. They’ve been maintaining one of the properties for three years and have proven to be reliable and responsive to seasonal and urgent requests. Glad I found them.

We have a second home in Palm Spring and after 8 years we decided it was time to take care of our landscaping. Long over due! Not being knowledgeable of the right desert landscaping to use, we decided to contact Sanchez Landscaping, who maintains our HOA.
Jeff Sanchez scheduled an appointment and we reviewed what we wanted to accomplish. Jeff had a lot of great ideas and suggestions. My proposal came promptly and included the scope we discussed.
Now the tough part, getting these old plants removed and get a new beautiful desert scape! Sanchez Landscaping exceeded my expectations and delivered a new and beautifully executed installation of our new plants and irrigation system. Joel Sanchez came by to check up on the work and we exchanged phone numbers.
So great to work with a hands on family business in the CV.

I have used Sanchez landscaping for years. they have done hard scrapes, artificial turf, installed lighting, irrigation and water features. always great work. they stand behind everything they do. all the staff are great to work with. their 3-D drawings are a fantastic planning tool

Sanchez LS did a complete remodel of our yard. They complete the project in a timely manner, looks great and Joel was very helpful in the design aspects. They were also very helpful and timely when it came to a repair a few months after the project was completed.

Joel and his entire crew did an amazing job on everything they did : skinning palms, tons of rock and pouring concrete. Will be using for artificial grass in future. Hard and dependable workers...all of them.
