Schmitt's Landscape Company does phenomenal work. I would suggest to anyone looking for a hardscape that they should look into getting a quote from Schmitt's.

We originally contacted Schmitt's purely based on Google reviews. From the start they were professional and accommodating. We had a rough idea with a sketch to install a two tier patio off the garage. Mark came in to do the initial estimate and took all of our ideas into consideration. He gave us a fair quote and had his architect draw up a patio design that was everything we wanted with an elevated concept.

Once we committed Mark was extraordinarily helpful throughout the entire process. He kept us in the loop with project timing. He offered to meet us at Unilock to go over color options. We had some requests from the village to adjust our plans which meant installing a dry well, and he communicated with us all the changes. The Schmitt's crew was awesome as well. They were super quick with installation which lasted less than 2 weeks. Each day after the install they were sure to clean up as much as possible - putting all equipment to the side, leaf blowing all the debris off the driveway and even hosing it down.

The end result speaks for itself. We love the patio and the quality is exceptional. It has almost zero maintenance and seems ultra durable. We've been through one fall, winter and spring cycle and have noticed no changes. I've included a not so good picture right after the project was completed but in the process of us self installing landscaping. I will provide an updated picture once the outdoor kitchen is installed.

Do yourself a favor and call Schmitt's if you are in the market. They are so nice and professional. Even after the project was done they dropped off an exterior light timer and Christmas gifts!

I can't recommend Schmitt's enough! This is the second project we hired them for. This time was a deck tear down and building our new patio. It turned out absolutely beautiful! Excellent quality. Working with Schmitt's is easy, too. They're professional, timely, and get the job done, exceeding expectations. Will definitely be hiring them again for any future projects. 10/10 recommend them!

Schmitt's is wonderful. Mark Schmitt came out to meet with me to discuss removing our wooden deck and installing a paver patio within a week of my meeting request. Brad put together two alternative designs, both of which were aesthetically consistent with our house and exactly what I asked him to create. Schmitt's handled permitting and provided an accurate estimate as to when they could start our project. Mark worked with me to select the best materials, and the cost was exactly as anticipated. The process itself went smoothly, with excellent communication about minor changes that had to be made along the way. The crew were courteous and tidy, and the end product is gorgeous. I can't wait to have Schmitt's come back out in the spring and landscape the backyard around our new patio. I'll update with more pictures once it's landscaped in the spring. Highly recommend this company.

We used Schmitt to redo our front steps and front yard landscaping. We are very pleased with the results.

The overall planning process was well coordinated and well communicated. The actual work was done with excellent craftsmanship and the team was always polite and accommodating of our needs. As little bumps occurred during the install, they came up with solutions and clearly communicated it with us.

My advice is to trust the process and wait to see how GREAT it turns out! We used Schmitt’s Landscaping Company for a major overhaul of our backyard and front yard. (Brick work, handrails, lighting, drainage, and landscape plant design.) Mark is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The architects came up with a plan that was so much better than expected. They worked with us to pair down some of the planting and I combined different main brick and edge brick. It looks great! We were able to break the job into two. Backyard in 2023 and front yard in 2024. Both crews were extremely hard working, prompt, and respectful. They know what they are doing. Please trust the process they will get done what is proposed in your plan and you will be so elated with the finished product. I highly recommend Schmitt’s Landscaping Company.

We used Schmitt's Landscaping to install new landscape lighting on a home. When he first came out we explained to him that we were having a wedding at our home in about six weeks time and would love to have it done by them. We quickly ordered what we wanted, came and installed it and even drove by several times for the next few nights to make sure we were happy with the way the house was lit up. He even installed a couple additional lights for some corners of our house that we felt needed more light. It looks beautiful!
