I don't own a pool, but have been renting homes in beach communities for two months each year since around 2010. We have stayed in places such as St. Augustine Beach, Holmes Beach, and Nokomis to name a few. This past month we stayed at a home (with pool) on E 6th Ave, NSB. Each Friday morning, Brett would arrive to maintain the pool. He would check to see what chemicals were needed, clean the filter, use a vacuum, net and brush to clean the pool and leave us what I would call a report card -- indicating what was done as well as the water test results. Never in the past have we met a more conscientious "pool guy"! Thanks from a monthly renter for maintaining our pool in great condition!!!

Marsha and Mike have always taken great care of us! Having tested and maintained our pool ourselves for a number of those years, we recently added a service contract and couldn’t be happier. No more trial and error, no more worries, no more vacation concerns. Tony has taken great care of us and does it in a thoroughly knowledgeable, effective and patient manner (and he tolerates our dog greeter!) What a great ambassador for the company! Highly recommend SE Pools!

Even though they did a very good job of keeping my pool clean, they lack a little understanding in the chemical treatment area.
I wanted to know why they kept adding so much chlorine to my pool every week. Worked with them for a year with no satisfaction. Then they called me one day to say they no longer want my business. This after 5 years as a customer!
My new service found the problem in less than a month. High phosphates. Now the pool is better than ever!
Contrary to the reply I just received, I was never offered the treatment for phosphates, and none of the technicians ever tested for phosphate content.

We recently purchased a home with a pool and SE Pool Supply’s card was left by the prior owner. We noticed algae in the corners of the spa and some corners of the pool. Called SE and they had someone at our house within 15 minutes cleaning it. The pool technician is timely, polite and works hard. We are very pleased with their service so far!

What a great company. Chandler helped me out when I was having some problems getting my water right in my pool, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. My go to spot for all pool supply needs for my new Smyrna house.

Unprofessional. Subpar service .
Tyler called my work about billing not due until the 15th of the mo. asking for cc # stating that they are moving to cc only . When I made him aware that I was at work and could I call back with the number he said that they will be ending service . I called back only to let him know that I was at work and that I wanted to speak to the owner because of how unprofessional he was when he was speaking to me he continued to cut me off and ended the call .
While I am definitely not interested in continuing service with this company because of their unprofessionalism and my pool not being treated properly I did want to speak to the owner about how I was spoken to .since this post no contact only a response below and take notice no mention /apology addressing the employees behavior (indirectly an admission of guilt ) condoning the lack of professional conduct exhibited by staff.
The initial rudeness was a lady who was very inappropriate as well when discussing matters /concerns .
This attack from this company comes after me calling them for an entire week of Dec . due to no shows and no returned calls about the no shows .
After calling from an unfamiliar number to them my call was answered. They then claimed that they come every week but my family and I were there and we have multiple cameras 2 bring in the pool area showing that service was only done once .
I checked the cameras because I was told by Tyler the person was there … I checked nothing but one week .
Unfortunately to get respect , honesty and service completed you have to live in Florida and not be a snowbird dealing with this pool company

While you try to be respectful in your response this DOES NOT in any way reflect how the unprofessional short abrupt conversation went when calling your then customer while at work .Not only was I hung up on and it lacked appropriate communication skills this is completely opposite of the politically correct response below obviously trying to seem as if your company is professional and honest .
Yes there was late payment but as soon as we were made aware your company was paid IN FULL IMMEDIATELY as we were made aware .
When we were called initially we were told this new system began in Feb . NOT Jan the same day of while at work and when asking Tyler to hold on being at work then being told that services can no longer be provided .
The bullying and threatening behavior by two employees Tyler and a lady along with services not being completed is the reason for this HONEST REVIEW.
