My daughter and I went to ship a package. Gentleman behind the counter would not look at us, would not talk to us, and would not acknowledge us in anyway. The lady in line behind us he treated the exact same way. But the third person in line he was quite cordial too. I guess the South is still the south.

2 times I mailed something and it gets delayed or sent to the wrong place. They can't do their ONE JOB. And when I was there mailing something a lady was asking why her package was mailed 2 weeks ago and not received yet, so it happens often. And the clerk is so unfriendly, and clearly racist.

10/30/23 at 4:30 pm I walked in the USPS to get my package that, according to the USPS tracking, was being held for pick up by customer. When I told the man at the counter what I was there for, he started waving his hand at me to hurry up. I was the only one in there. I didn't know what information I needed to give him so he could find my package nor did he tell me. He continued waving his hand at me so I started telling that UPS randomly dropped it off there. But he cut me off, FINALLY, asking my address. He repeated back my address wrong and before I could correct him, he told me it wasn't there and asked for the tracking number. I did not have it ready and a lady came in, so I stepped aside so he could help her as I pulled it up. She said she was there to pick up a package due to the carrier passing by her house. As she was talking he started waving his hand at her to hurry up. We were the only two inside, but he was much quicker with asking her address. He looked but stated her package was not there so she left. I then gave him the tracking number and while he was reading the number off my phone. He rudely said "look at your phone. What does that say. It says out for delivery 10/29." I then cut him off and pointed to where it says "Failed delivery attempt. Held at USPS for customer pick up." Finally, the girl next to him, who showed up while he was getting the tracking number, started to help me. I'm very disappointed at the treatment that the lady and myself received from him. I appreciate the other worker for stepping up to help me.

AWFUL SERVICE. They lost my package and refused to talk to me Gave me the run around about where it is. Amazon tracking shows the carrier never delivered it and it’s at their location. They LOST IT

My mail carrier as very disrespectful of my mail. She shoved an envelope in my mailbox that had my diploma in it. When I told the post master about it all she said was sorry but they aren’t supposed to look at your mail. You could clearly see it was a diploma through the envelope, I understand she needed to bed the envelope to get it to fit but shoving other mail in there with it ruined it. She is the worst mail carrier , this isn’t the first time she has ruined important documents.

Absolutely lazy . What happen to rain sleet or snow usps will deliver but if car is in the way of the mailbox they are so lazy that they can’t just get out and put it in the box.i have to do tasks in at my job all the time that are not straight forward but I still get that task done .so if I have a car blocking my mailbox one day they won’t do the job?
