New home owner here! I’m very indecisive and couldn’t decide on what I wanted. I didn’t know what my vision was for my backyard but Sheldon helped me find it and went above and beyond to help achieve it. Also extra kudos for his fast responses. 10/10 recommend!

We had an in-depth meeting with Sheldon's Artificial Turf regarding the scope of work, our design goals and the timeline for completion. Per our plan we had yard work in our front and back yard areas. Removal of plants that we determined, laying a stonebed in the front yard. Replacing our grass area with turf and replacing our garden area with turf in the backyard. We paid our deposit and waited a few weeks for the materials to be purchased. There were a few hiccups when determining the start date of the work being that planning was involved around our children's schedule and there were lags in communication from Sheldon's Artificial Turf.

The work done in the backyard was great and all that we expected but the front yard is concerning. When a small plant is properly uprooted, said plant should not grow back but this was the case in multiple areas with multiple plants. There were also adjustments made to our sprinkler system which resulted in the system shooting water on the main road way. Sheldon's Artificial Turf was contacted regarding both concerns and we were told both will be addressed promptly. The team came out to fix the sprinkler system and the concern was resolved but the re-growth of plants were not. We contacted Sheldon's Artificial Turf at least 5 different times in a two week time frame and no response was provided whatsoever. To note, we were using the same number to contact Sheldon Artificial Turf during the design phase as well as before/during/post-completion of the install to make arrangements for final payment. Given the price we paid for this scope of work just over $16k, no response to a customer is outright disrespectful and unprofessional.

I absolutely 1000% recommend Sheldon’s Artificial Turf! From day one Sheldon was honest and professional. I explained what I wanted and Sheldon knew exactly what I was looking for but he also gave me some of his own ideas as well. This company came in and got the job done timely and exceeded my expectations! They are accommodating and made sure to ask me throughout the work if I was happy. I’ve attached before and after pics. I’ve received so many compliments already! I love the outcome! I would absolutely hire Sheldon’s company again because no other company would do even half of what I asked for! Can't say enough great things about my experience.
1st, I LOVE how my yard turned out. The pavers and turf look amazing.
2nd Sheldon was great about explaining everything that was going to be done with the space and fast at answering questions during the project(which only took 3 days).
3rd, I am also grateful that he was willing to work with me since I had a budget to stay within. That really made a difference between his company and the others.

My front yard looks gorgeous with the new turf and stones on the sides. The crew did an excellent work and I was very much impressed. Very neat. The crews cleaned up the area of installation after the work The edges installed in proper place and looks wonderful.They completed the work on time.

Initially Sheldon who oversee the work gave me a diagram of how it looks. After the work it matches exactly. What you see is what you get. Impressive. They have 10 years warranty as well.

Many people living in my street, asking me who did it and many questions surrounding the turf.
I was so happy after the work.

We contracted with Sheldon's Landscaping to install turf in our backyard, remove specific plants/trees in both the front/backyard as well as add rock landscape to both in April '24. The install took place for a week at the end of June '24. At first the landscaping work looked great. However a few weeks later, there was a considerable amount of weeds growing in the front (more than usual and what we were seeing in other areas where work was done) as well as the plants "removed" from the front yard were also growing back, among some issues with the sprinkler system that they caused. We immediately contacted Sheldon 7/18/24 who responded quickly advising someone would be coming to address the concerns. Someone showed up on a Friday to pull some of the weeds that had grown through and fixed the sprinkler system. They advised they would return Monday to fix the weed backing in the area where weeds were growing more than usual and finish pulling out the rest of the plants that had regrown. No one showed Monday so we reached out to Sheldon again Thursday 8/1/24 to see when they plan to return. He responded same day advising he would come Friday afternoon or possibly Saturday. Sheldon never showed up and never reached out to us. My husband text him on 8/18/24 and Sheldon never responded. I sent Sheldon a text on 8/24 and he never responded. Mind you our mode of communication during the design and install phase was via text. Beginning in September, we still had not received a response and still no one showed up to fix the work so my husband left a 2-star review. The owner responded to which we thought we would hear back from him. Sadly to date, we still have not heard back from Sheldon nor has the work been corrected. All the plants they removed have grown back ruining the weed backing under the rock landscape, the amount of weeds in one area is so bad (mind you it's not like this in other areas where the work was done so we believe the weed backing was not installed properly in this area). Due to the lack of response, we filed a claim with the BBB just wanting the work to be fixed and a response from the business. To date, we have not heard back. At this point, we still would just like for the work to be fixed as initially requested on 7/18/24.
