Excellent experience. I purchased a used boat from them. After we agreed on a price I made a down payment. Once the ice cleared from the lake the crew took the boat out for a test drive. They noticed a few things that were wrong and fixed the problem. They not only fixed the problem side but did both sides because they figured it was just a matter of time before the other side went. I really appreciated the fact that they told me about the problems and even better they fixed it with charging anything. We found a few other minor issues and they took care of it as well. The service technician (Rob) was extremely helpful. He went over the entire bot with me and made sure I knew about every detail, even gave me a bunch of great pointers. Dennis was really helpful and always did the right thing along the process, even helped with dock space. Dennis communicated really well the entire process and overall gave me a great deal. Very happy customers.Highly recommend.

Classic scammy tactics from their sales department. Gave us a good deal on a boat they had in stock and then padded the bill by convincing us that this special coating on the hull would prevent marine growth. Turns out the stuff they sprayed on is $26 a bottle, they charged us $800! You guys forgot about online reviews. Maybe some day you'll figure out how to be good people.

Great experience! In the end I found a boat at a different dealership that was a better fit for me personally but I would definitely recommend dealing with Shoreline based on my experience. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive and they spent a lot of time with my wife and I viewing different boats and answering questions. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and I would definitely consider dealing with them in the future for my boating needs.

I just purchased a new boat from Shoreline Boat Sales and it was an excellent experience. Dennis (owner) and Lynn (office manager) were super fabulous - professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly....and made the process of buying a new boat so easy.....Also, the staff was wonderful too (Rob and Rick) ....highly recommend Shoreline Boat Sales & Service.

Horrible experience. Drove over 4 hours viewed boat and made an offer. The offer was not even responded to. I emailed several times asking for some feedback and received nothing. These guys wanted my time. Steer clear and find a dealer who is willing to make a deal.

Bought a used boat...wish I would have spent more time looking at it. Price was good but it had engine problems. After spending another $2500 the boat runs good.
