I ordered 7 yards of Topsoil from Shreve's which were delivered for free since I live Locally, I was not impressed with the quality of the product, it appeared not to be screened and sifted in fact there were big chunks and 1/2" - 3/4" pebbles, I guess I got what I paid for. I will try their Soil/Sand/compost mix next time and will have to take the day off since they just deliver anytime they want. I was given a time frame of 1200-1600 and they showed up @ 0900. I'll give them another try.

These guys are awesome! Doug and his son did our driveway and we couldn’t be happier! They dug out our drive way and refilled it and it packed down great! Even our neighbors complimented! Thanks guys! Highly recommend

These guys are scams!!! Placed an order for 3 yards of sand on 6/27/2023. Told the lady I needed it same day. She placed an order for 6 yards not even 3. Next day I cancelled the order because they failed to deliver it the prior day as agreed.

They charged my credit card for top soil not delivered! You can be rest assured that I'll get my money back from my credit card company.

You guys are thieves!!!

How are you guys even in business? Horrible people!!! Run away from them!!!!

Response: What I ordered is topsoil. It's a type of sand/layer of soil. I specifically requested that the delivery man call before loading. Why load before calling?

After placing my order on the phone I was sent a link to pay, when I clicked on the link I was asked to create an account which I did, then paid. At no point did I pay twice for the same order so don't know why I was told by the lady I spoke with and delivery man that I order 6 yards of topsoil.

More importantly, if an order is cancelled, I expect a 100% refund of what I initially paid.

I recently ordered a load of pulverized black dirt. I’d had a bad experience ordering black dirt locally a few years back, so tried Shreve. I’m very glad I did! Great quality stuff, delivered very quickly (next day) and at a reasonable price. They’ve got a new regular customer. Highly recommend these folks.

Ordered a few yards of pulverized topsoil. Their prices were lower than most and the delivery charge was less than half of what many places charged. The quality of the topsoil was stellar, and the driver Doug (I believe that was his name) was very friendly and dropped the load exactly where I asked. Definitely would use them again and would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Great place to work with and excellent quality product. I ordered 5 yards of their garden blend, dirt was really nice and loose lots of compost material and no big chunks of wood or waste. I requested delivery the next day but it was raining they called me first thing to tell me its best to wait but if the rain let up they would still try and deliver. It didn't and they delivered around 9 am the next day. Highly recommend and I have already. Prices are great too

Very happy with this company! I ordered 4 tons of river rock online on a Sunday and had my delivery Monday afternoon. Their stone prices were almost half of what 5 other local companies were charging! Great service and Steve was very helpful on my initial phone call about their products.

I called on a Friday around 9:30am to get an estimate on a delivery of topsoil. I spoke with Doug and he told me what to do to schedule the order online and mark in the notes to see if I could get the delivery date moved up. They were able to and I had the topsoil on my driveway by 12:30pm that same day! They were amazing!! I will definitely recommend to anybody looking for any services that Shreve offers.
