They definitely aren't afraid to lie about condition or stock.. i spoke with them days before coming up i called them about 40 minutes before I was due to arrive after a long drive they didn't bother to tell me. There was only one tractor left out of the multiple I was looking at.. and the condition was definitely not what was advertised. The salesman was talking albeit while he was busy texting. I will never contact the again. They wasted hours of me driving and my time. Update, I called one of the other stores. Because the website showing multiple tractors, there seemed odd.. apparently there are several. They are available. The salesmen lied. He also lied about the origin of the tractor he kept pushing me towards.. he seemed very arrogant.. someone else is getting my money now.

was in on November 26 and sales ignored me as I stood there and they chit chatted with another employee. 2nd time ive been in there and couldn't get any sales help. never will go back. this place is a joke

Highly recommend Sievers Equipment in Auburn, IL if you are looking to purchase a tractor. They absolutely demolished the competition with pricing, rates, down payment, communication, and efficiency. Chad is the man! He still finds answers to all my questions, all I have to do is text him. Thank you Sievers!

I never ever write reviews but today I write my first. The customer service I received from Sievers in Auburn was amazing! I am beyond delighted!! They picked up my 2008 Kubota lawn tractor that needed more than just a bit of TLC. They called with an estimate of the repair costs (as requested) and their recommendation that the mower was not worth the investment (I agreed). At this time (late February) they didn't have a used mower that fit my needs (they said this will change in March). I decided to look elsewhere. Knowing this, they still agreed to retire the mower to their bone yard and only charge me the most basic diagnostic fee. I know that they spent more time than normal on the mower. Worse, I still feel embarrassed that they had to use a fork lift to move it out of the shop because it wouldn't restart. If I could, I would give them more than 5-Stars. Thank you Lucas, Dwight and Jordan; I felt respected and appreciated as you tried to help me though-out our many phone calls.

The Auburn location has had my tractor since early February. The pick up driver was given a letter stating the problem when he got the tractor. They did repairs not authorized and failed to address the original problem until a third phone call on 04 April. Tractor still is not fixed. Management is unrepsonsive. Finally got a call from manager Mr Kaiser who was rude, belligerent and condescending. Refused to give a completion date. Finally able to reach a reasonable resolution with service manager in late April.

I traded planters with these folks in february this year. Steve the salesman said it was coming from a farmer who took good care of his stuff. They didnt get the planter to me until two weeks ago. Upon arrival i dropped 6k into the ground contact on the machine. Theres so much more work that needs done to this im considering trading again at a major loss. Ive messaged the salesman and no response i would not do business here again!
