I have been using SkyFrog lawn services for at least 7 years. My current crew is superb! Tony and Eddie have been meticulous and prompt since day 1 and have improved my "classic Florida yard" in ways that even I didn't know were possible. We hired SkyFrog to landscape our yard. They were very professional, gave an accurate estimate and handled everything from having a tree cut down, the irrigation repaired, and they did an amazing job on the landscape itself. I just want to share the exceptional and consistent work that both Tony and Avery provide to our landscape! They each also demonstrate top notch and noteworthy customer service skills. They are highly respectful and take the time to let us know they have arrived to ensure that our beloved dogs are safely indoors. Lastly they consistently close all gates to our enclosed backyard to again ensure our pets don’t escape! Kudos to these young men, and SkyFrog!

Doesn’t take much to maintain a lawn, or so I thought. They killed the lawn and after several calls to Jennifer, refused to do anything about the problem. She even blamed “jimmy” for not getting back to us. Never called us, except to say we were in arrears, which wasn’t true and they realized their mistake. Don’t waste your time with them

Skyfrog is the landscaping company used by our HOA. They maintain the landscaping for our neighborhood. Several of my neighbors have been using them to mow the grass and care the lawn for their yards. So I decided to hire them to do the grass for our house.
However, it is such a hassle and puts a big strain on us as they often skipped our grass probably to the shortage and constant changing of hands and negligence. I had to call them or even stay on property to ask them to do the job constantly. Terrible experience and I decide not to take this any more and cancel their service. And be aware that it is very difficult to reach them and they are quite often irresponsive.
What's even worse, they are the company hired by our HOA to take care of the irrigation system. We have to pay the water though. They are careless and simply reset the timer without even paying attention to or testing it or informing us at all. Our irrigation system was turned on for 6 hours automatically and we were unfortunately traveling most of time during the summer. It was until later that we received two gigantic water bills (350 dollars a month merely for water) and were notified of the flooding of the house/area that we learned about this.
This is totally annoying and considered not only a neglience but also an infringment! I am a busy working professional, but still decide to write this lenthy review to let people know. Be cautious and watch out the irrigation and lawn even if someone is supposed to handle it. We are all going through the inflation of water and electricity bills now!
