Never will order from this place again, I called thurs to check on my delivery for Friday, they had no record of it , sat on phone for over 30 plus minutes to fix it and the guy was rude, finally they put me on schedule for Friday, they delivered the sod and as we are laying only the tip layer was actual squares and rest was broken up pieces , like oh crap we forget her delivery so we are just gonna throw together what we had sitting around. 5 pallet of sod and maybe all together 1 pallet is good accumalated. Of course they aren't open today so we arw stuck piecing these small pieces together just clumps of crap. Monday I will call to see if they can rectify this. Complete waste of money.

Much friendlier than the Orlando location (5 Stars)

Bought 20 pieces of Pro Vista grass (2 Stars).

For some reason when they cut their sod, they scalp it leaving morning but rotten roots on the bottom and sod that falls apart when you look at it or pick it up.
About 1/3 of the grass had dove tail weeds, sedge weed, and other weeds😟. See photos.

Ordered 2 pallets of classic St Augustine sod which was installed the very next day it was delivered. Sod arrived in very poor condition with brown patches and weeds on delivery.
I was told that I needed to keep watering it every day so it can grow properly. If the sod was cut on the same day it should have been in much better condition upon arrival.
I would not recommend or buy any sod from this business as I have purchased sod in the past from other businesses without having these issues.

In the end the installed St. Augustine lawn looks phenomenal after 3 weeks of install. I’ve watered the hell out of the two new lawns. The local Sod Depot customer service was real good. Only ding, thus not 5 stars, is that one of my pallets was half full of chunks and not usable. Had to pay for an extra half pallet to finish. But Im happy now because the grass that took was good quality and holding nicely.

I did not have a good experience with them. The manager on the store was OK but however, I was ordering 3 pallets sod and I was very specific about not to have the sod with the sand base
I was asking there side with the soil base
.. I was there on Monday and the lady on the front desk scheduled me for Wednesday according to her on Wednesday I was waiting and the lady on the front desk explain to me she scheduling me for Thursday…
When I got the sod delivered to my house three pallets, two of them was in good condition green and fresh with base soil
However, the third pallet, Wass, not fresh at all, probably sitting on the warehouse for at least few days, the pallet was completely yellow falling apart when we tried to unload the pallet

End it was on send base something I didn’t request from them

I received my purchased Bahia grass from your sod store. I was very disappointed to see how it arrived. It’s a mush essentially. There’s no cohesiveness in length and size of sod pieces for me to grab and lay out. Even burned due to current heat is more understandable and acceptable than this current condition.

We purchased 4 pallets of Citra Blue and were thrilled by the quality. We were so happy we sent pictures to friends and family. The customer service went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company. Attached are pictures of our new sod.

This is by far the best sod I’ve ever purchased. Friendly people, good communication. I purchased sod for pickup and they had exactly what I wanted. Three days later my lawn looks established already. I wish I had another yard so I could use these people.
