This place is amazing! They have a HUGE variety! The older gentleman there is very helpful and nice. Prices are pretty good.
They are always getting in new things and they update their Facebook often with what comes in which I really appreciate.

Wonderful family owned business. We have several different types of fruit trees from them, all were healthy and are thriving. They also had an assortment of absolutely beautiful bird baths that were the perfect addition in my yard.

Yesterday, 6/16/24. My sister and I had the worst customer service experience at this place. We were not acknowledged at all, not even with a “welcome in”. The entire time we were ignored as we slowly browsed through the plants. It was as if the place was deserted. We entered the store and still no “welcome/if you have any questions, let me know”. The man at the counter body language was really standoffish, completely disregarded us as customers, and it became very awkward so we decided to not spend money here and leave. The issue is not being welcomed, which made it hard to move forward as a potential customer. People are entitled as to how they want to run their business. But the number one way is ensuring your surroundings and making your potential customers feel welcomed as they are browsing. Customers don’t usually acknowledge workers upon arrival at a store. It’s always workers who acknowledge customers to increase sales. I’ve been to plenty of stores where even if I didn’t want to buy anything, but the experience that they provided in making me feel welcomed, caused me to make a purchase anyway. Please do better.

I had a very STRANGE experience here! Poor customer service!!! The man working there saw me park and disappeared inside immediately! I was so confused, I almost thought he was just a customer and the employees were out to lunch! The place was deserted. We were browsing WITHOUT ANY HELP WHATSOEVER for about 10-15mins in the outside area. When we finally walked in where we saw he was hiding behind a desk the whole time, he was pretending to look occupied fanning himself! There wasn’t any eye contact the ENTIRE TIME he NEVER acknowledged we were there or offered any help as we looked around inside, it’s like we were ghosts! Very unapproachable, unfriendly demeanor and I was afraid to even ask questions as the whole situation from beginning to the unwelcoming final encounter was very bizarre! Me and my sister decided to split after the very awkward encounter inside, I couldn’t take it! I’m shocked that other reviews are saying customer service was great as that was very untrue in my experience!! It’s a shame because as a small business I did not expect this to be my experience!! Also, Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR CULINARY HERBS!! They didn’t have a large selection from what we found on our own, literally like 4 types and they were in bad shape, some were dead! Can’t say much about pricing as majority were not priced and no one was available to help with that! Even if they had everything I was looking for I wouldn’t spend a DIME here!

This is a small family owned business that takes the time to understand and explain each product they sell to every customer. Sometimes spending an hour or more talking and answering questions to those that are just starting out, or trying to gain an understanding of the plants they are growing. I find their prices competitive to larger "box" stores, both the added touch of knowledge and personal attitudes make this place league's above other places I have been. I would recommend this location to anyone that is starting out, or even someone who has gotten plants from other locations and wants to try a new location for their plant needs.

An amazing staff who personally ensure you find what you are looking for your garden. I am thankful for visiting them since we drove down from D.C. to purchase one of their products. I strongly recommend buying their products.
