After reading the reviews I am not surprised. Having had issues with Southern Green for over a year and continued their service, which I should have let them go months after they began. Like I have read their chemicals are trash. They also do not follow up with you after you have tried numerous times to reach them. No calls back no emails, nothing. My yard is almost completely dead because of chinch bugs, something that they were supposed to have been spraying for and again their chemicals are horrible, they must be using water. Got nowhere after talking to Brad and unfortunately, I will be going ahead with legal actions.I strongly recommend not using this company. Please read Other reviews that are listed. Here are some pictures of my lawn that have died because of chinch bugs and not being properly sprayed.

I had to deal with my lawn being damaged by cinch bugs and webworms. I had paid for the aeration service with the lawn care and it seemed that it had never worked. I had called the area manager several times. I have two rental properties and I had to cut them loose. Their chemicals were watered down to save money. However the solution was never done.

Their lawn chemicals are absolute garbage. After three years of using this company, it was time to sever our relationship with Southern Green. They will give you every excuse as to why your lawn is not growing that passes the blame on to you and off of them. However, after our first treatment with our new company we finally have most of our lawn back, and after only one application. Sadly, it will take the better part of a year to reverse all of the damage Southern Green allowed to grow but neglected to treat. Just my opinion: This company is diluting their fertilizer/weed killer products. They must be doing this if the new company got our grass growing after one treatment. Souther Green should not be in business.

The lawn chemicals do not work, I had to replace sod in my yard because the weeds got so bad, and when I cancelled the service they confirmed I was “cancelled in their notes” but continue to charge me, and I have called twice with no call back. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges. Avoid this company.

For the 9th month cancel my subscription for lawn care my bank account is still being charged. I've called, emailed and your office no one seem to listen. Refund my payment and cancel my subscription ASAP or legal matter will be involved. Thank you

Would not recommend. The owner, Brad, is a super nice guy, but I think he needs more competent and honest employees. My lawn looked horrible for the last 2 years, but I kept being billed for weed control for months. I had more weeds in my lawn than the untreated pond behind me. I had ant mounts for months that were supposed to be treated, but remained all summer. And I continued to get bills every month, but sometimes the guy would never show up.

I have been using southern green lawn care for a little over a year, their customer service people are incredibly helpful, and their owner has always been very kind to me when I’ve had issues with my lawn. When I started, I had a lot of weeds, and I have seem like an 80% reduction over the course of the year, which is better than I expected and better than I had with other companies.
They also do my indoor pest control, and they do a good job for an affordable price.

I have been using southern green chemical lawn care for almost a year now, and I have seen great results with my lawn. Their communication and customer service has improved immensely, especially in recent months; they always come when they are supposed to and the technicians are efficient, nice young men. Im not an expert, but we have less weeds and greener grass, and my wife is happy.
