Delivery service is absolutely terrible! I instructed the delivery truck to spread out the decomposed granite over the entire driveway to avoid over spilling onto the plants. What does the dummy do? Dump it all on one spot and covered half of my entrance to my house and half of my driveway plants and irrigation! Don’t waste your money in their delivery service! Hire someone else who is competent and cares!

Monday Aug 5 my buddy bought 10 bags of 3/8 California Gold gravel for $105 and change. A few hours later I return to buy 10 more bags, but the credit card machine is down; "no problem we'll just charge you when it come back up." Great, I get my 10 bad of gravel and I'm on my way. Checking my statement over the weekend I see they charged me $264!!
I call in Monday Aug 12 to find why and get a refund, apparently they charged me for several other bags of gravel in various sizes. The person on the phone told me the manager would call me back that day, she didn't.

So I call back Tuesday the 13th, speak to her (she didn't apologize for the over charging or not calling me back.)
She is supposedly refunding $143. Yep, that's almost $20 unaccounted, so I ask. She says, "there's a 3 dollar charge I'll have to call the accountant, and they must have under-charged your buddy. I asked if the counter workers just charge what they want, she replied, "they must."

If you go, make sure you get a receipt, and triple check it. Cuz they are just doing what ever out there.

The loading dock guy was awesome, the rest, mid.

Outstanding experience - a NYer bought a home in Palm Springs and my gardener said lets go here for Boulders! Really nice selection and you can tour their selection from your vehicle, even around the back of their building.
Very friendly & knowledge staff. When we were in the front yard looking at boulders & beach rock, a couple guys came from the back and offered to help us. They ended up marking the boulders we wanted with tape.
Their prices appear comparable with two others companies we had estimates done but we went with Southwest as they are very central, we loved their layout & helpful staff each time we showed up to look at their product.

We had a small hiccup with our grass order and Nancy was outstanding. We figured out what I purchased was enough for the job. The contractor wanted more grass, $400 but Nancy suggested the $32 tape. I appreciated her patience and honesty. We love shopping there. They offer customer service, good prices and amazing selection. The best fountains around!

Selection is quite nice and the staff are more than competent. I have delt with this company several times, they have always gone above and beyond when it comes to my service. My purchases were not necessarily large but it did not matter to the staff, I was treated just like any other valued customer.
