Couldn’t be more stoked on the experience I had at this shop. I brought in a saw that wouldn’t start, they replaced fuel lines and rebuilt the carb. When I picked it up, it still wouldn’t start. I brought it back in and they figured the carb wasn’t holding pressure so they replaced it for free and I had it next day. These guys are great and guarantee there work.

This place is awesome! I needed a custom cut chain for my old Husqvarna chainsaw. They had it done for me within 10 minutes and it was cheaper than buying it on the internet. And there is a brewery next door... Nice!

This shop has had our chainsaw for almost 5 months. Initially, due to COVID and backlog, they said it would take about 2 months for them to even look at it. In June we stopped by and they said they would take a look to see if it could be repaired.....nothing. A couple of weeks ago we stopped by again and were promised that they would look at it. Nothing.

In my opinion, if they are busy, that is a good thing! Just don’t make promises to customers and not follow through.

Still waiting.....

You want honesty and real men working on your chainsaws? SPD Saw Shop is the only place. There are other idiots who will pretend to look and fix equipment but I have actually seen what they do and how they do it. I take pride in knowing if I have any problems they can fix them. If they can't fix them they tell me honestly. The intricacies of these motors deserve a lot more respect than they get from your average shopper on the street. If they were easy to fix than you should do it yourself one stars!? This shop does their best everyday for their customers and return business just proves that!!❤️❤️
