What a great experience! Sprinklawn tailored our system to our needs, worked seamlessly with multiple contractors, and provided exceptional service. Everything was installed in a single day. The system was then fine tuned following sod installation. The staff are professional and took time to review the system with me following installation. Our lawn is beautiful because of Sprinklawn. Highly recommend!!!

Contacted Sprinklawn on 2/28 and Brandon came and shared an estimate the very next day. Decided to move forward and the system was installed on 3/20. The plumbing contractor was amazing, kind and professional. The installation crew, led by Juan, showed up at 6:30am, just as indicated, and worked steadily for 10 hours to complete the installation in one day. I could NOT be more pleased with the quality of their work. They were courteous and clearly qualified to do the work and leave our yard looking just as it did when they arrived. No mess and or any indication that most of the yard had been dug up just hours before. Juan trained me on the control panel and shared information to get us started. Would and will recommend their services to everyone! ABSOLUTELY!!!

I had a disappointing experience with Sprinklawn for their lawn irrigation services. Here's what happened:

The crew arrived late for the first appointment, which was supposed to be done in 30 minutes to an hour. They couldn’t force air out of two zones because they didn’t have the right tools or enough time. The technician said someone would have to come back later to fix it.

On the second visit, the team tried again, but still couldn’t find the valves. Instead, they hooked the pressure to a sprinkler head, which isn’t the right way to do it. This crew came 20 minutes early and spent less than 20 minutes on the job. They said they were too busy and would need to finish it in the spring. After they left, I noticed a sprinkler head in my yard was broken. I had replaced that head less than two years ago, so I think it broke during their work.

When I told the technicians my concerns, they just said they didn’t have enough time. When I called customer service, they gave me the owner’s number. The owner, Gary, was very matter-of-fact and said the way they handled it was the only option because my system is old.

My main concerns are:

Sprinklawn doesn’t seem to fix problems correctly the first time.

Their process seems to add extra stress to my irrigation system, causing more issues later.

Customer service is poor from the top down. They didn’t even offer a credit for the sprinkler head they broke.

I won’t use Sprinklawn again because of the poor service and lack of care. I gave two stars because they have been good at repairs in the past when they had enough time and the right tools. But this experience was very frustrating.

The Sprinklawn crew is always at our home at the scheduled time. They really knowledgeable of the equipment and how to service the problem at hand.
They are extremely cordial and site is cleaned up when they leave.

I have been using them for all the needs of my sprinkler system and have nothing but praise for this team, employees are friendly and informative (when asked questions). They are there when they say they will be there and make sure that the system is either ready to be used in the summer to keep the lawn looking great, or to make sure the system is winterized to ensure it will be ready to go next year. Highly recommend.
