We had the Swat mosquito system installed in our Naples Florida home. This was highly recommended by friends in the community who have had the system for years. The installer’s Noel and Philipe were outstanding. They explained how the system works and showed us how to use the app. The system is remotely monitored and will flag their office in the event of any issues or when the system needs to be recharged. In about 5 hours the system was up and running. We have seen how well this prevents and kills no see-um’s at our friends that we can’t wait to see the results.

Exceptional service provided by Maurice/ Service Mgr. He is obviously knowledgeable, experienced and very professional. His personal attention and efforts were the contributing factors that convinced us to keep our business with SWAT after months of sub/ standard and deplorable service, or should I say: No service!! We now see optimism for a positive & productive business relationship in the future. Doing business with Mosquito Mist absolutely sucked in every way. No exaggeration I believe it will be our own good fortune that SWAT bought out M/Mist and now have a responsible person in charge who knows what the hell he is doing and is quite capable. Yoemis, our tech, arrived promptly and was extremely courteous. He explained that a nozzle had broken and that was the reason the system wasn’t working. He performed the repair and filled out tank. All good.
We’ve been with SWAT now for a few years now and except for the short period that they outsourced their customer service we’ve been happy. Glad that they brought it back in house again.
