I recently had an issue with my irrigation system, so I reached out to Ted Conner Landscaping's Irrigation Department. In less than 24 hours, I was thrilled when Robert, an exceptional technician, arrived to inspect the entire system. He thoroughly tested all the zones and sprinkler heads, discovering two leaks which he quickly repaired during the same visit. Robert went above and beyond by noticing some sprinkler heads weren’t spraying perfectly and made the necessary adjustments. Additionally, he took the time to review my watering schedule, reprogramming it for better efficiency. I can’t speak highly enough of this company and the outstanding level of service they provide! Stanley came out today for the monthly sprinkler service. First of all he is great anytime he comes but today he saved the day. There was an unusual leak deep under a bush and broken by some tree roots. He texted me a video so I could authorize the repair and then he texted me showing me the finished job. It looked terrific. Now that section of the lawn will flourish again! I am grateful to Ted Conner's team and really grateful to Stanley for such a great job. Happy New Year!!

Their design and installation was perfect. Their state-of-the-art Hunter System is the very best available.

Mike @ Ted Conner Landscaping / Tree Service has been trimming my trees for over 6 years. The crew is fast, clean, extremely protective of other lanscaping/lighting fixtures and most of all friendly. Jack and his team have done a terrific job on laying out and installing the sprinkler heads along with setting up the appropriate zones and watering times. He takes the time on going through and teaching how to run the Hydrawise Configuration program on your phone and computer until you feel confident on programing the system yourself.

I'm sure they do good work but their service trucks are constantly parking on pedestrian sidewalks. Constantly. It's incredible rude and super dangerous. Pompano is one of the worst cities in the nation for pedestrian deaths and this company's constant disregard for sidewalks is a huge problem.

Ted Conner has been providing service for our community for years. Anytime I need adjustments to sprinklers around my house, they are prompt and very accommodating. They are knowledgeable and give me good advice. They quickly resolve any problems I have with irrigation. Today, Stanley and Celisa capped two sprinkler heads under my pavers. It was a messy job. In less than 10 minutes, they lifted the pavers, capped the sprinklers and replaced the pavers leaving them looking perfect and clean. This a friendly, hard working, company and I trust them with my lawn needs. ✨

As a technology specialist, I found this system to have everything that is needed for optimal irrigation with minimum water loss. The technicians, Robert and Michael, not only did an outstanding job with the installation, but were very knowledgeable with the product, the setup process and it's functionality. Jack in the office gave me a complete tutorial of the app and worked with me to make sure that the setup is correct for my exact location. It is a rare pleasure to work with such professionals.
