Last month I had called early one morning to get prices. the lady treated me rudely but today, hoping I'd have a better customer svc. experience, I drove down to the yard and made the mistake of reasking a question for my own better understanding. Apparently the same lady in the office as on phone. She was short and rudely impatient.

We ordered 1 ton for delivery. Tim, a worker at this company quoted a reasonable price plus delivery stating it will be slightly over or under. Great, delivery day comes and Tim sends 600 pounds over what we ordered and pricing shot up. When contacting Tim, he was rude and condensing while talking. No professional manner at all. Even the poor driver stated the weight machine was new and not working properly. Looking at what he sent, we weren't even totally convinced he actually sent what he was charging for. Rip off company and Timmy boy, very unpleasant and just a con. This place is horrible all the way around

I would have given negative review for this place. We recently bought outdoor rocks for 10 tons. It is mixture of rocks and sands. It is so dusty which I could not remove it at all. Please never buy from these people. If you still wants to buy from them check the product before you load it. Now my rocks looks too worst and I could not see any of it color. It is filled with sands.

So disappointed in this business! The crushed rock they delivered was far from being screened as they advertised. We paid alot of money for their mix of sand and rock. They would not adjust the price, insisting that it was screened. Make sure you get a written estimate from them prior to delivery and look at their product before you order anything. Will definitely not do business with them again!!

I own a landscaping business in Pinal County and started picking up jobs in Casa Grande area. Yesterday was the first time coming to this store and the experience was the worst we’ve experienced in 8 years working with landscaping materials stores. Owner yelled at us for not unloading our truck items before entering the yard because Its his private property and we aren’t allowed to do that(first time there and didn’t know that). When I asked him to load me some more material he said he would not do it because my truck doesn’t hold two tons which it does because no one else has ever denied me that much weight to my truck. When I got to my costumers home I noticed the gravel they sold me was the wrong gravel and size. By this time it was closed and couldn’t even go back and see what could be done. Today I went to Pioneer in town and got a totally different experience. They gave me exceptional customer service. It shows that cheaper isn’t always better.
