As one moving from a 4 bedroom home not far away, I was surprised as I has a thing with apartments, I toured with Ms. Aston showing me around and she was so kind and really wanted me to find an apartment I mesh with. She never rushed me and she actually cared about my needs for my situation. I have been settling in a few weeks now and staff although theres been some rotation, the front desk has different mostly been friendly. You will love the amenities and community here and having a great maintenance team is always a plus at an apartment community. Its a beautiful place to live, people have friendly dogs and they tend after them and the garden is a super plus for my daughter and I as we definitely want to plant and had a plan for that. It's a great deal of amenities for the price as well. It's been mostly a smooth transition for me from a bigger house.

I was so happy to renew my lease at The Atwater at Nocatee Apartments. Living here is like being on a cruise ship. The staff sees to everything. The events are phenomenal. Lindsay Poole, our Property Manager, brings a wealth of experience, amazing people skills , and a genuine care for the residents and our well being and lots of positivity to the table. Dawna Judd, Corporate Leasing manger has been instrumental in us having a very high occupancy. The other team member Ashton Hendricks brings her knowledge of the area and is always very insightful and helpful .
I love living here , I get the opportunity to be active and contribute to the community in many ways . We are the best community of people . I highly recommend moving to the Atwater. It is worth its weight in gold .

This property is absolutely stunning!!!! I toured this location over the weekend in hopes that my parents would love it, and it met all our expectations. Wendy showed me around who is the leasing agent and she was great. She was very helpful, and genuine, she didn’t rush the tour and showed me everything and answered all questions. I could tell that she really loved what she did! This property gives me luxury retirement vibes, my parents are looking forward to moving here!

I feel safe and secure here at the Atwater, I have lived in other apartments that are not safe at all. I love the activities and entertainment. We have live music and dancing , that’s my favorite. I also love our chit chat group , I have made many friends .

I love that everybody that lives here is friendly and conscientious of each other and the community as a whole. I love the events! There is such a wide variety of activities to choose from. The Atwater is an abundance of positivity. Everybody is kind and fun.

This place is beautiful! The management team hosts DAILY events for the residents, many including food and drinks! The residents are very kind and actively involved in maintaining a clean and friendly environment. The maintenance team is efficient and always willing to assist. You must come see this community for yourself and let me know what you think?!
