I ordered Valentine's day flowers online and had the florist pick their Valentine's day arrangement and it came out beautifully. The ordering process was flawless, they came the day I requested (today). They were left at the front door, but hidden from thieves as we weren't home. I received a text message when they were delivered too! I would and will definitely order from the Butterfly Florist again. I normally use 1800 flowers, but they're crap and I wanted to support a local business, so this is my start. Thanks again!

My fiancee absolutely adored the arrangment she received! It really was breath takingly stunning. I was treated with excellent customer service and communication from the moment I ordered my arrangement and until after they were delivered. Highly recommend to anyone looking to send a special gift or is simply a fan of flowers!

The arrangement was beautiful when it arrived on Monday. My wife loved it!
We were hoping that they would last until Friday but most of the flowers didn’t.
We did change water but that didn’t help.
We had her birthday party on Friday, took the dead ones but had to supplement with flowers from Publix.

Priscilla came to our country club to help us make holiday centerpieces with a group of women. She brought beautiful flowers and accessories to make lovely arrangements. We were all impressed with her creativity, ideas and help. We would certainly have her come back for another event.

Everytime I've placed an order at The Butterfly Florist, I'm confident the owner will go out of her way to give me the freshest and most vibrant flowers available. I've order for mostly myself and husband, but I've also had a couple arrangements sent to my mom and each time she mentions how colorful they are and how long they hold up. I'm expecting big thing for this awesome shop in Naples 🙂 Thank you for all the amazing arrangements!
*Update 12/27/23* This florist continues to always impress. My flowers are just as fresh and beautiful as when they were delivered last week. Thank you for such a a beautiful bouquet!

Absolutely, the most beautiful bouquet I’ve ever seen— and my family agrees! Very talented. Priscilla accommodated my last minute request with such professionalism and ease. Very dependable. Now my entire family wants me to order flowers for them from my local florist aka The Butterfly Florist! Nice car air freshener too if you pick it up.☺️

I called several places looking for flower delivery on Saturday 20 minutes before closing time, Butterfly Florist was one of two shops in town that actually picked up the phone, but was literally the only one that went out of their way to help me last minute.

The rest didn't answer (and never even called back), except for one place that did pick up the phone but told me that they're closing and there isn't much they can do.

The flowers were beautiful, and we will definitely be working with them again.

My husband and I made a very last minute decision to elope on Marco Island. After calling several places and having no luck 3 days before our wedding, Priscilla at The Butterfly Florist answered and jumped on our order right away to make it happen in time. She put together the most perfect bridal bouquet and matching boutonniere. Priscilla was kind, responsive, and made our special day even more special. I would 10/10 recommend, and hope to use her services again when we have our bigger wedding later this year.
