I lived at the Crest Apartments for 2 years and it was the place where I felt best living in Naples. I loved waking up and looking at the fountain. Arnaldo, Kery, Jose were exceptional. I really miss living there (Naples) but I'm sure that one day I will return.

Great place on the surface but like most, management team falls short of basic tasks and lacks empathy. Roof has been leaking for over 3 months leading to wet carpet and drywall. No real solutions. No apologies. Only bandaids. Currently living in a mildew apartment with I'm sure of it mold! Companies are great when everything goes as plan, but when there's a problem, their true skin shows. Renter beware.

I've lived in the Crest Naples 2 years now. For a new property in Naples it has all the amenities a gated complex can ask for, very clean property, awesome pool and club house.
The staff is well lead and very active with community functions ( food truck nighs and holiday get togethers) Everyone is super friendly and take care of anything that needs to be done. Keri and Arnaldo are amazing and always so helpful!

The Management and Staff are super amazing and very genuine. The community is awsome and beautiful (it really is) dog friendly, the location is amazing. You can easily go to Marco Island, downtown Naples or Naples Pier. Eagle Lakes park nearby, Walmart, planet fitness (the community also has a nice fitness center), homegood amongs many other stores and great restaurant nearby. Definitely would recommends. & if you visit you’ll mostlikely stay🛝🏡🏊🏽‍♂️

Was told a wk before our move in date that the building wasn’t inspected yet and they had no idea when it would be. We had already made our arrangements to move out of our current apartment. I had a wk to find us another place to move and we were fortunate enough to find one a day before our move out date. They told us they’d refund us any money we had paid, but yet I have yet to see a dime. Updating 3 years later and still nothing!

I lived at the Crest for 6 months while my home was being built and it was a great experience. The Community Manager, Edwin Rangel is professional, kind, and goes above and beyond to meet the needs of the residents. Jose Bravo, the maintenance supervisor is extremely knowledgeable and addressed any concern in a timely manner with a smile. The community is well maintained and is a great place to live long or short term.

I have been living in this community for about one month and everything here is good. All exteriors areas are well maintained, and the apartment looks new. We would like to thank you Danika and Arnaldo for expediting our application process by allowing us to move in here in less than one week. I do not have words to thank Danika and one of her team members who helped me out with one package. All these guys are very kind and always ready to help with anything.

**Edit: We've been here 2 months and absolutely love the Crest! Keri is just as wonderful as I anticipated and I always look forward to chatting with her. All the staff is super friendly and helpful as well.

Our apartment is very nice and it seems like they are always adding nice touches to the amenities. We love the complex and have no issues.

My husband and I are coming to Naples for seasonal work next month. I was so stressed out about finding a place for us to live with our two dogs. I called EVERYWHERE and our dogs were either too big or the apartment complexes didn't call me back. Then i connected with Keri.

She has been a delight and so helpful! She is genuine and really seems to care. We are out of state so everything has been via email or the phone and she has been so responsive. Her patience through the application process and tech issues has been greatly appreciated. She also asks about my dogs and is excited to meet them. It is nice that the Crest not only allows dogs, but welcomes them! I can't wait to move in and meet Keri in person. I'll update my review or add another once we move in.
