This 10-acre property nearby in Guilford was in the Dudley family for almost 300 years up David Dudley’s passing in 1991. The current farmhouse was built in 1845 and is preserved by a foundation as a museum for the region’s agricultural heritage.

You can tour the farmhouse, viewing period furniture and fittings, and learning details about the people who lived here.

The barns and outbuildings hold antique farm equipment, and children be pleased with the farmyard animals representative for the mid-19th century.

In the grounds are period herb and flower gardens, meadows, woods and arable farmland.

Dudley Museum Farm is one of the few farm museums that is actually a working farm.
There are historic buildings on the farm as well as antique tools and machinery. Tours are held as well as a weekend farmers market.
There's something for every member of the family.

Dudley Farm located at the intersection of routes 77 and 80 in Guilford, CT. Traveling east on Rte. 80, take a left onto Rte. 77 where the two streets intersect. The farm will be on the right.

Dudley Farm is family friendly with kids activities, special events, small museum and animals. Nice way to spend a Saturday morning. There is a great little Farmer's market (Sat 9am-12:30pm during market season) with friendly vendors selling locally grown produce/meat/dairy/honey, handmade items, and delicious baked goods - definierly worth a visit!

Wonderful Farmer's Market on Saturdays most of the year. Family friendly, dog friendly and easy to access. Handmade gifts, artisan finds and local produce plus baked goods. Worth checking out!

my favorite farmers market, there's usually live music and each shop is totally one of a kind. it's super dog friendly, too, and the native american museum is a must-see... the market is open every saturday until 2:00pm, if you're in the area you need to visit!
