I went online and picked out an arrangement to be delivered to my mom for her birthday. When I called the shop it went to (I’m assuming the manager’s or owners) cell phone. She was so lovely to speak with and eager to help even though she had her hands full with her grand son in the background. I really appreciated that they could deliver same day! So pleasant and easy to deal with. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because in my opinion the flowers my mom received didn’t quite look like what I had picked out online. If the exact flowers weren’t available, I wish I had been notified before the arrangement had been put together. They also sent a picture of the arrangement which was nice of them as well. For reference I’m adding a pic of what I ordered and a pic of what my mom received. She liked her “happy flowers”.

My Valentine's gift from Husband.arrangement is very pretty I love all the greenery stems I'm glad they didn't put that plastic paper in vase just a pretty ribbon so it didn't take away from the Beautiful Silk Red Rose ❤ I wanted silk this year so pleased❤

Today I reached out to Angela via email who responded that I send her a text message , no problem. The reason for my inquire was because my sister died yesterday and I am trying to get an arrangement made. I have no idea what I am doing so I figured she would happily help. The beginning of our text was her introducing herself and I did the same , I sent photos liked she asked. She sent me arrangements that she could do and advised me I could go online and look up arrangements if I liked. I was all for it, I told her I need to let my niece know , show her the photos and get her opinion. Her next reply was telling me all the things that she needs and payment before proceeding which was ok but when she told me since I have an out of state number it was concerning and that’s she had a previous issue with someone from my state that scammed her. I told her I am sorry that happen to her but all I was doing was trying to put in an flower order and not scam her. She stopped responding, I got upset and called my family and told them what happen and they told me to go somewhere else. Never figured I would be judged and considered a scammer because she had a previous issue. I won’t be back to this company.

It is always so difficult to order fresh flowers when you live out of town. Angela made this process so nice. She was professional, gave useful suggestions and came up with a beautiful flower presentation. Her kindness in helping me with descriptions over the phone as well as texting me pictures of what was available was just WOW customer service. Thank you Angela for making my day a little brighter!

I needed a sympathy arrangement as soon as possible. I had ordered an arrangement online at a teleflorst and paid but when It was not delivered I called and was told they never received my order. I called the Flower SHOPPE in Ashdown and they not only created a beautiful arrangement, they even delivered it after hours. Thank you to all of you!
