We had our wedding at The Gardens at Viola's in early November and they did an absolutely stunning job. The location is perfect, the venue is lovely and the bridal suite is wonderful to get ready in.
We worked very closely with Jessie, one of their wedding planners, and cannot imagine having such a wonderful day if she was not involved. We gave her all of our decorations, a vague idea of what we were hoping for and she ABSOLUTELY blew us away with the event space that she created. She made the entire planning process stress free, ensuring that all of our vendors were on the same page and prepared.
Jessie ensured that the day went smoothly and that it was stress free for us. Our wedding was perfect, and so much of that is due to Jessie and her team.
We wholeheartedly recommend Viola's and Jessie!! Five stars is not enough for how amazing they are!

I don't even know where to begin...we booked here prior to even touring the venue. Based on the photos and a conversation with Jessie, my husband and I knew it was the perfect fit. We do not live in flagstaff but Jessie and Stevie made the planning process so easy! I can honestly say our wedding day was perfect, it was such a dream and these wonderful ladies took care of EVERYTHING! I wish we could experience it all over again, we had so much fun! And as a huge plus your pup can be there as well! Thank you to everyone at the gardens for making our day so special!

The Gardens at Violas was everything I ever wanted in a venue! I just got married in June 2023, and the flower garden was just beautiful. The weather was in the high 60s low 70s, perfect time to get married in Northern Arizona. From day one, Jessie was an amazing coordinator to work with. She answered ALL of my list of questions during my year of planning, guided me when I felt lost and made wonderful recommendations for vendors to work with. The decor rental portion of the venue is such a great idea! It was recently introduced as my wedding approached and it came in handy with last minute things I needed, like a card box, lanterns and other lovely decorations. On the day of my wedding, everything went very smoothly. Both Jessie and Lizzie were on top of things and made sure I was stress free. I would definitely recommend opting to have them decorate for you. Nicole, their day of decorator was so sweet and did a wonderful job at making the inside look beautiful! She took all of my suggestions and made it look 10x better than I imagined. If you’re looking for a romantic, garden wedding then search no more because this venue is a 10/10! I am forever grateful to Jessie and her amazing team.

If you're reading this review, you are likely looking at The Gardens at Viola's to be your wedding venue. I'll get to all the reasons why this venue is the perfect place to celebrate your love, but first I have to tell you all about Jessie (the venue coordinator), who is by far the best part of Viola's and who will make your vision come to life. Summed up in three words, Jessie is brilliant, kind, and a miracle-worker. She was the best thing to ever happen to our wedding! She helped us choose our vendors, create our "day of" timeline, and coordinate all the little details on the day of our wedding so we could just focus on getting ready and celebrating. She is so sweet and truly is the best at what she does! My husband and I are eternally grateful to Jessie, because our wedding day went by perfectly without a single issue (and if there was a problem, Jessie is taking it to the grave because we never heard about it).

Viola's is such a wonderful and magical venue! The layout of the property makes for the perfect indoor-outdoor wedding. Plus you have the perks of being able to decorate with some of their decorations and plants! Initially, my husband and I had planned for a fun, relaxed brunch wedding in May. But due to an emergency, we were forced to push our wedding date back and celebrated in December instead. This ended up being the best decision ever! Since Viola's is a year-round venue which hosts multiple events, the venue is already decorated during the month of December for holiday parties. This was fine by us because it saved us so much stress, time, and energy worrying about those details on the wedding day. We were able to discuss our new holiday vision with Jessie, who was then able to relay what we wanted to Jana (the decorator). The day I saw the venue decorated for the first time, my jaw literally dropped! My Christmas wedding had come to life as I walked through the venue which was decorated like a Hallmark holiday movie set! While it didn't snow the day of our wedding, as we had hoped, the venue still felt like the perfect winter wedding. The outside ceremony area has such a beautiful view of trees and a pond, and the inside has such a warm and cozy air to it. The flow of the inside is very organic and makes it easy for guests to get to the different areas of the reception.

If you still have any doubts about booking with The Gardens at Viola's - don't! I can promise that you will be taken care of by Jessie! Your wedding day will go without a hitch! And believe me when I say that having your wedding at Viola's will be the best decision you've ever made!

Highly recommend having your wedding here! Jessie was great to work with planning everything and giving us our tour and so were the other coordinators/staff that helped us on our wedding day. Most beautiful venue and absolutely loving how our pictures turned out! Our guests kept saying how beautiful they thought the venue was! My partner and I hosted a small celebration of life here, it was perfect! We loved how helpful Jessie was through the process and all her recommendations. The venue is truly beautiful which took off the pressure of decorating, we could just bring what we needed and enjoy. Everyone loved the venue and the setting made it a great celebration!

We had the most magical wedding at Garden’s and Viola’s, all thanks to Jessie and the amazing staff. If you’re reading this, you’re most likely looking at this venue for your own wedding—and you should definitely book it.

First of all, Jessie is the kindest and most amazing coordinator I could’ve ever imagined. We were planning out wedding amid COVID, and it was not the easiest time to find vendors to say the least. Jessie made sure we loved all of the vendors, and was the one to communicate and coordinate with all of them to make sure everything went smoothly. Not only did she plan our wedding, she also helped with our rehearsal dinner (which wasn’t even at the venue). She went above and beyond all expectations to make sure our vision for our wedding came to life.

We got married in June, and the flowers at the venue were in full bloom and it was incredible. Our guests were pleasantly surprised by our choice in venue as they had never seen such a unique location. We were allowed to use flowers from the nursery as decorations along with the flowers we purchased from our vendor, and it was so gorgeous. Our guests loved strolling through the gardens with the fairy lights.

The indoor-outdoor venue is very versatile.We were lucky enough to have beautiful wedding for our date. The ceremony was outside, dinner was seated inside, and by the time we went back outside for dancing, all the chairs had been quickly stowed away and small cocktail tables spread out. The outdoor part of the venue was large. It had plenty of room for the dj under 10’x10’ tent, an outdoor bar, the cake table, the signing book table, and most importantly dancing.

Overall, this was the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been that way if it weren’t for Jessie, the staff, and the most beautiful venue.

We got married at the Garden’s at Violas on October 1, 2021! We had the most amazing time and have thought about our day at the Garden’s since.
We loved our entire experience and also had the best time working with Jessie and the Garden’s staff! They were so helpful throughout our entire planning, the rehearsal and the wedding day! They made everything run so smoothly and made the process fun!! We would say the Garden’s at Violas was one of the best parts of our special day! And HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!!
