I ordered a plant for my mothers birthday. She received some twig of a plant not what I ordered . The day if delivery no one contacted me and refunded me only price of plant we returned it and the charged me 20 dollars for delivery and fee. Terrible customer service.

Everyone is aware of the uncertainty of floral gifts these days, due to scarcity of supplies, so I contacted The Perfect Touch personally (3 times plus an email--I admit) to navigate my order. Everything Kristen said and did for me was sensitive to my needs and helpful in every way, as our family navigates a sad and sudden loss. She modified their posted arrangement slightly to accommodate my specific requests, and my sister was absolutely delighted with her arrangement. One can always tell when someone loves their work and yes, florists too are among those who tend to our heartfelt needs in times of sorrow and celebration. So pleased with the quality of service I received. I live in MI, and my grandmother is in a rehab facility down in AZ. I spoke to Kendra, and she was so incredibly helpful in getting a beautiful arrangement sent to my grandmother. Amazing quality of flowers, and outstanding customer service.

My sisters and I lost our Mom & Dad within the past 2 years and we wanted to honor our Mom at the church her and I attended together. Currently living in CA made it tough to order flowers in Bullhead because we weren’t sure how they would turn out or if they would be just right for the church altar. Omgoodness, we contacted the Perfect Touch florist and felt immediately, this was the florist we would be using. She was so sweet and knew our hearts were in this order. We drove out to attend church and was in complete awe when we saw the flowers that were done and displayed at the altar to honor our mother.. They were absolutely perfect and it was like our Mommy ordered them as we completely felt her presence and knew she would have loved them. Thank you so much for making the perfect arrangements and being so professional and kind!! You are an amazing artist and appreciate your personal touch to making sure they were just perfect.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this florist and if you’re worried at all on quality of flowers, DON’T BE, great quality and extremely reasonably priced..

I called from out of state to get flowers for my sister. In speaking with Chloe she told me what fresh flowers we’re available. She put together a beautiful bouquet full of color and aroma. Delivered in a timely fashion. What a gorgeous bouquet with the great service and knowledge I will definitely use The Perfect Touch. Thank you for making my surprise birthday bouquet.

I have never been so satisfied with any florist as I was with this one! She went above and beyond with the flower arrangement I ordered for my parents memorial this past weekend. I requested a few different colors and certain flowers that I'd like and I really wanted a hummingbird, as it was my mom's favorite. There weren't any in the shop. So,I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived at the church with a beautiful hummingbird. I highly recommend this florist!! Thank you so much!

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENTS: I have been ordering flowers from Tara for some time now and I am extremely happy with her arrangements. Bryan is best deliver-person, he will never porch your flowers, which you don't want done in this heat as they will wilt in a matter of minutes. When I order flowers from The Perfect Touch, I always call directly so I can speak with the designer, that way you know exactly what you are getting. As smaller town florist are not able to keep every flower in stock. When I order flowers in another state, I still call the florist directly, most people know how 3rd party information can be mistaken quite easily.

I would recommend The Perfect Touch to anyone wanting a perfectly beautiful arrangement and a perfect delivery.
