This place is wonderful! Gorgeous plant selections, awesome accessories and the best service.
Found this place via Google. Wanted to surprise my mother with a nice gift for her birthday. My goal was to support a family business and give her something with a lasting presence. (Ex: Cut flowers die) I live out of state, so finding a place that was willing to deliver was also very important.
I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Ron. He was incredibly kind and caring. He was very motivated to achieve this task and took great pride in offering his time and help. He texted me pictures of plants and pots. He worked with my budget and really went above and beyond to assure a lovely gift.
I'm so excited to shop here in person next time I come into town.

Amazing experience at the Plant Trap!
My fiance and I happened to be in the area and decided to stop in on a whim, and I'm so very glad we did!
The ambience grabs you at first, the build out was so inviting and modern, while also staying true to the energy of the life inside!
Such an awesome variety of plants and plant accessories; we bought about 6 new plant babies and 2 new, very well crafted macrame plant hangers made by a local artisan.
The owner was incredibly educated and his experience in the field goes way back.
An absolute 10/10 shop experience; have been recommending to everyone since we stopped in.
Def check it out if you're in the area!
And take some time to talk to the owner! Like I said, a wellspring of info, and totally rad vibes.

We had the best experience! I brought in my pothos and peace lily to them, who were both in need of proper care. Not only did they "doctor" my plants but they also took the time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. They made me feel more confident about my plants! I couldn't resist buying more gorgeous plants they have!! Great prices! Great customer service! We will be most definitely be returning!

I am a new plant mom and have visited several local plant shops in the Orlando area (10+) over the last couple weeks. The Plant Trap is now my favorite out of all of them (and I feel we have some other really great local plant stores).

Ron is incredibly knowledgeable and gave us so many suggestions and tips. I truly can’t believe the time he spent with us today (over an hour). You can tell he loves what he does. I could sit and listen to him talk about plants for hours.

I love all of the information they have on their website about the care of all of their plants in the shop. I also love that they have free monthly workshops. What an absolute GEM to have a place like this (We live in Clermont and I plan to make the trip often to visit The Plant Trap!) I love all their plant signs (bought my favorite one)

Thank you Ron and Dev for a great plant shopping experience today. I hope I can care for my Pink Princess Philodendron as well as you have. We can’t wait to be back!!

Ron was absolutely wonderful! Such a knowledgeable and down to earth guy. He spent plenty of time talking to us about the plants, discussing what would suit the spaces we were trying to fill, and even chatting with us about plants we struggled with.
I’ll have to come back to my post and include photos of my plants once I have them settled in their place! They’re gorgeous!
All of his plants were well maintained and reasonably priced! He has a good variety of fun and cute variegated and other versions of plants etc
I can’t wait to go back 😅

Oh! He also has so many cool 3D printed items! Like the little name tag picks and even pots that are printed! He has viles and shelves that are printed and all priced so well!

Really good selection of plants! 🌵 ☘️ The owners are the nicest fun people you'll meet. Make sure you ask about the events and community and Instagram page.

This is one of the coolest places ever! There’s such a wide variety of plants to chose from, and they’re all reasonably priced. They also had some really cool 3D printed pots of varying colors and designs. The owner is so kind and knowledgeable, and it’s easy to see how much he cares about the plants, the store, and the customers. It was such a cool and unique experience! Would definitely recommend for anyone, whether you live in the area or are just passing through!

Very grateful to have stopped in today and had the best experience and conversations with the owners, both very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s refreshing to find people who love what they do and want to teach the community, and you can really feel that here. The vibe here is great and I’m already planning my next trip. Took home 3 new plants and looking forward to attending a class in the future! I can’t speak highly enough of The Plant Trap!
