I have always wanted a water feature as part of my landscaping. After contacting a few contractors I knew, they told me they didn’t do any water features so I did a google search and found the Waterfall Guy. I’m so glad I did. Ben was easy to work with, gave us several options to compare and did everything we asked. Our remodeling construction was behind schedule, and even though this made it difficult for Ben to schedule our job, he was very accommodating and did everything to get our job done in a timely manner. The waterfall he installed is the centerpiece of our walkway and entry to our home. It is absolutely stunning. Ben knows how to place rocks to create a natural sounding waterfall. We love to sit on our deck and listen to the soothing sound. The landscaping around our waterfall is beautiful. It has been about ten months since our waterfall was installed and everybody that comes to our house talks about our waterfall, they want one too. Ben stands behind his work and answers any questions that I have. I busted a line with my lawnmower and Ben came right out and fixed it for free. Service like that is hard to come by this day in age. If you want a water feature, I highly recommend you give Ben a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Ben and his crew where very professional in their approach to adding a waterfall feature to my pond. They arrived on time, kept the work area organized and at the end of the day the pond area was cleaned up and all tools, equipment and debris were set aside. The waterfall feature is fantastic as is the additional landscaping that was done. When I had a question or requested some additional work Ben took the time to explain what was occurring and implemented the additional work requested.

Rarely in life do people impress you beyond expectations and Ben and his workers fit into that small category. We had a dirt hole in our backyard that had once been a pond that just collected water. We had a few ideas of what we wanted and Ben used his truly artistic vision to bring our ideas to life in a beautiful way. Now we have a waterfall, pond and small stream that the whole family will enjoy for years to come. The kids love to play in it everyday so we are outside more. It has also completely transformed the feel of my backyard to make it feel like I live by the river rather than in the heart of Eureka. The whole crew pays attention to detail so the final product is flawless. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to add a water feature to their outside living area.
