Just wanted to give a shoutout to Thompsons Flower Shop!!! I highly recommend!!!! My Auntie just started chemo in Arizona and lives in New Mexico and is away from family and going through a tuff time right now so I wanted to show her we are thinking of her and love her a lot so I ordered her some flowers and roses and placed the order this morning at 6 and it was delivered at 9:30 !!!! I asked if it can be delivered before 10:30 and they were on it!!!! Thank you so much for making my Auntie happy ?

Now I understand the reason people order online instead of calling a local flower shop. Since I own a flower shop myself, I am always happy to contact another shop to give them an order when the opportunity arises. In this case, I had an order going to Goodyear, AZ and Thompson's has always been my choice for deliveries there. I send full-price orders, placed on my credit card, and the florist gets the total amount of the money, plus delivery. This is the way I expect florists to send orders to other florists. However, my experience trying to give this shop an order by phone was next to impossible. I am comfortable spending 2 or 3 minutes placing an order, but 10? And not even getting to my name or credit card information? Honestly, I'm not certain the person at this shop was able to spell "The" let alone the name of the business. Flower shops are always asking people to contact them directly. This is an example of why that's not the case. And then, for goodness sake, don't call me and yell at me that I had the "audacity to give you a bad review"! We are all doing our best to serve our customers and make our industry proud. I hope if you call your own shop and place a phone order, that you are treated fairly, quickly and with the respect that you deserve.

Thompson's Flower Shop just recently did my wedding flowers and I couldn't be happier! I had some pretty specific requests, so Angela made it a point to go over things with my multiple times to ensure I was pleased the day of. When I finally walked out and saw all of the flowers set out, I was floored at how perfect she and the rest of her staff were able to capture my vision. The bright reds matched my husband's suit perfectly and it was just over all amazing! Love Ya'll <33

Thompson's Flower Shop was absolutely amazing to work with - I live in Wisconsin and had no idea on a florist for a last minute delivery need. I called 2 flower shop's who were very nice but could not get delivery done that day. The 2nd one recommended Thompson's who went above and beyond from the moment they answered the phone. They understood how important the delivery was made sure they knew exactly what I wanted & even texted me a couple of pictures on stuffed animals to add and promised to make it happen that day. They also worked their deliveries around the time they knew someone would be available to take delivery and even texted me a picture of the arrangement when they delivered. I could not recommend them more & the flowers and stuffed animal meant so much to the family they delivered to. Thank you so much for going above and beyond - It meant so much!

Terrible service! Set up a pick up for a simple order the day prior. Name a number was taken, was told everything will be ready. However this was not the case. Unable to fulfill a easy rose pedal order with a day notice. Extremely unsatisfied.

Bree at Thompson Flower Shop made my bridal bouquet for my elopement this past weekend! It was so beautiful, and perfect for our intimate smaller ceremony. I highly recommend this family-owned flower shop for all your floral needs!
