I recently had tires installed on my vehicle, and I must say the experience was outstanding. The service was incredibly fast and efficient, which I truly appreciated as it saved me valuable time. The staff was not only professional but also extremely helpful, making sure to address any questions I had and keeping me informed throughout the process.

From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I felt valued as a customer, and the quality of the work was excellent. Underwhelming experience for an $80 full synthetic oil change. If the complimentary vehicle inspection includes checking and topping off fluids, (couldn't see anything noted on the receipt for fluids except oil), they left my coolant low to near empty. I noticed as soon as I pulled off, my truck was running hotter than normal. Luckily I could stop nearby for coolant, but seems like that would be a normal part of the inspection. I was told I am missing one centric ring in the rear- I asked if they could tell me what size ring I need because they don't stock them so I will need to order them and I was told "there's no way for me to know that" while holding the other ring and the rear tires still off. A quick Google search says to measure the hole in the center of the wheel and the f the hub to get the size ring it needs. Being that the back tires were still off, it seemed like a reasonable time to mesure everything. Instead, it was basically a "we don't sell those here, so it's not my problem" kind of energy. Hopefully everything else that was supposed to be done, was actually done, and checked properly since the coolant definitely wasn't. I won't be in a rush to return back there when it's time for another oil change, brakes, or tires, though, based on this experience.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at Tire Choice and to give a big shout-out and thank you to Earl Cook and the 2 technicians who looked after us. We experienced a breakdown in Deland and were towed to Tire Choice, where Earl told us they would be able to have a look at the vehicle in 30 minutes or so. I was expecting to have to rent a car to travel home and then return to Deland to pick up the vehicle once repaired. Imaging my surprise and delight when Earl told us (in less than 30 minutes) that they had started the vehicle, it would be safe to drive it 50+ miles to home and he was charging us nothing for helping us out. I highly recommend this Tire Choice, they are friendly and professional, the service was obviously A+ and in my experience the customer really did come first. Thanks again!!

I bought a set of tires for my truck in December of 2023 for over $2200. Requested an alignment I specifically remember asking for. Put less than 15,000 miles on the tired and two started to cup. Rotated them and in 8,000 miles the other two have shown no wear at all. Come in today and was told I declined alignment and warranty.

Goodyears website specifically states that my tires have a 50,000 mile warranty and was told by the shop manager they have no warranty at all.

Do not do any business here as they will avoid any warranty work and have no sense of customer service.

Mark your tires when getting a rotation! Brought the car in to have a leaky valve stem checked. Added an oil change and rotation since I was there. I obviously need to keep track of the which tire had the leaky valve so I marked which rim. When we returned to pick up immediately noticed the tire was in the same original location. Went inside, asked the tech, and that service technician looked me right in the eye and said he rotated them. Asked again, he started to look annoyed but still claimed yes. So I mentioned I had marked them and he literally took off running to pull the car back into shop. The car had been there over 5 hours and we couldn't wait any longer. They refused to refund or compensate for their fraud & dishonesty and I still need to go get a rotation. I had to check the oil to make sure it was clean and once home poured it out to make sure it was the right volume. Only time will tell if the valve stem was replaced.
This is despicable service and I shouldn't have to worry & double check when having my vehicle serviced by 'professionals'.
Guess who won't be returning after years of using this shop. I now understand why people's tires never wear evenly.

Charged for service I did not ask for, they removed charge. Was charged $120 for $30 brake pads. Serviced AC that still doesn't work. I knew the compressor was going out. They refused to do what I asked and insisted on full AC check up. Put dye in. Guess what? Checked a week later, no leaks. Line pressure is exactly where it should be. I told them there has never been a pressure problem, but because this place is a scam, I got scammed for $300.

Beware, your $60 Groupon will end up costing you $80 after their “fees”, and they will refuse to rotate your tires if they are going bald.

Yeah, that’s why I wanted you to rotate them… it doesn’t matter if the rotation is free, I would have gone somewhere cheaper if I knew you would do that
